US military and commercial vessels must be allowed free passage through the Panama Canal and the Suez Canal.

The Lebanese Army is always ready, at least in terms of its "prestige." This is what it is ready for. It doesn't matter if our weapons are rifles or machine guns, but rather morale. The morale of the Army is what matters.
