🇷🇺🇺🇦🇹🇷⚡️ BREAKING: The main points of the memorandum, which the Russian delegation handed over to the Ukrainian delegation during the negotiations in Istanbul, have been released.

The document has three sections and two ceasefire proposal options, totaling 31 points. Here are the key points of the whole document:

➡️ The first ceasefire option requires Ukraine to fully withdraw its forces from the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

➡️ The second option contains clauses prohibiting the redeployment of troops, ending mobilization and the supply of foreign military aid to Kyiv, beginning demobilization, and excluding the military presence of third countries.

➡️ Ukraine must pull all forces from Russian-claimed territories, including Donbas and what Russia calls "Novorossiya," within 30 days of a ceasefire.

➡️ Russia wants international recognition of Crimea, Donbas, and Novorossiya as Russian territory.

➡️ Ukraine must adopt a position of neutrality.

➡️ Russia proposes that Ukraine hold presidential and parliamentary elections and sign a peace treaty. Elections should take place within 100 days of lifting martial law.

➡️ The ceasefire terms ban movement of Ukrainian troops, except to pull back forces to a specified distance.

➡️ Ukraine would be barred from receiving or deploying nuclear weapons.

➡️ Western arms shipments and intelligence sharing with Ukraine must stop to allow a ceasefire.

➡️ The eventual peace deal must be endorsed by a binding UN Security Council resolution.

➡️ Ukraine must pardon so-called political prisoners and release captured soldiers and civilians.

➡️ For a final settlement in Ukraine, Russian-speaking people must have full rights and protections.

➡️ Both sides would give up claims for wartime damages.
