The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) informs the Venezuelan people that this Saturday, November 15, the National Electric System (SEN) was the victim of a new criminal act of sabotage that caused the collapse of three transmission towers in the municipality of Juan Antonio Sotillo in the state of Anzoátegui, with the intention of destabilizing a public service essential to the people of the eastern region.

In response to this attack, our workers were immediately deployed to the affected area, following the immediate response protocols established by the National Government, led by President Nicolás Maduro.

With dedication and commitment, the technical personnel have begun repair work, specifically on the infrastructure that extends through Cerro Vidóño in the Anzoátegui locality, to progressively and safely restore electrical service to the communities.

This sabotage highlights the harshness of a non-conventional war that undermines the well-being of our people. Nevertheless, Venezuelans continue to reaffirm, firmly and unequivocally, their conviction to be free and independent, advancing on their own path.

We urge the Venezuelan people to maintain confidence, assured that the dedication, commitment, and patriotic conscience of our workers will guarantee the continuity and efficiency of the service that Venezuelans deserve.

» If required, we must be prepared for a rapid transition to a broad offensive to seize territory in the Gaza Strip on the other side of the Yellow Line.

We will continue to insist that Hamas's rule will not exist on the other side of the border. Even if it takes time, we will persist in the mission of dismantling Hamas and demilitarizing the Strip, achieving this either through an agreement or through military means.
