"They saw, one of the things, they saw a lot of unbelievable activity happening at the McDonald’s next to the base where they take off. The McDonald’s was doing five times its usual business; they were going crazy. So they said something is going on over there. It was the biggest activity that McDonald’s had ever had. And it was a nice story about how well it was doing, but it wasn’t a good story for us.

So I cancelled it and then replaced, I announced we were cancelling it, and the pilots said they were devastated. Then I scheduled it again for the exact same time, because that was the only time they weren’t expecting it to happen."
