I made the most delicious and beautiful salad... kale, avocado, tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, a little feta with homemade vinaigrette dressing... and I was going to take a photo to share it with you... but before I knew it I wolfed it right down! 😆😆😆 sooo delicious!

This is the recipe for a delicious detox salad dressing!
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar,
1/4 cup of water,
2 garlic cloves finely grated,
4 teaspoons of ginger finely grated,
4 tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil,
4 tablespoons of tempura sauce,
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons red chili flakes,
salt and pepper to taste.

Keep refrigerated and let it sit for 6 hours before consuming.

You can add scallions or finely chop red onions, more water or vinegar depending on how strong you want it. :)
