Nemanju Majdov: "15 days ago I received a notice from the World Judo Federation about a five-month suspension for violating religious codes. More precisely, for crossing myself when entering a fight at the Olympic Games. I am banned from participating in all tournaments, training camps and practices.
Of course, in my defense speech I did not want to apologize for baptism. I will never do that. The Lord gave me everything, for me he is number one. This will not change under any circumstances. I am sorry that such a beautiful and difficult sport as judo has fallen to such things."

My new article drops tomorrow on Badlands Substack.
I will reveal a big player in the Benghazi story that I haven’t heard anybody mention. He was a big deal before the Benghazi attack and an even bigger deal afterwards.
It is noscriptd:
A Conflict Of Interest
Here’s an excerpt:
“Isn’t it interesting that McCain was the most senior U.S. official to actually travel to Benghazi?
Why?
For the same reason that he traveled secretly to Syria to meet with ISIS leaders even though we didn’t have diplomatic relations with Syria at the time.
You see, John McCain thinks he’s a “really big deal.” He constantly used his reputation, seniority in Congress and “war hero” image as a way to give “legitimacy” to groups that he supported. This was McCain’s value to Alwaleed and why he was pumping money into the McCain Institute. McCain fought to give legitimacy to the rebels in Libya trying to overthrow Gaddafi in 2011 and also the rebels trying to overthrow Bashar Al-Assad in Syria, two years later. As I proved in an earlier article, those rebels that McCain met with in Syria were ISIS terrorists.
It is no coincidence that McCain traveled to Benghazi and praised Obama for launching air strikes to protect the rebels who were based there.
Were these rebels just “freedom fighters,” like McCain and others would imply to the American people?”

🇮🇱🇮🇷 The Mossad headquarters, located in Tel Aviv, which was struck by Iranian missiles, was leveled.
Ronen Bergman, New York Times correspondent: I felt a series of massive explosions near my home in northern Tel Aviv, close to the Mossad headquarters, the Foreign Intelligence Agency, and Unit 8200, the electronic intelligence agency. The whole house was shaking.

💢 Will Fiorella Isabel criticize Venezuelan President Maduro for saying he would like to be friends with Trump and that he believes Trump wanted what's right, but was entrapped by Bolton and Pompeo, but yet also being the first, and so far only Latin American leader to openly mourn the martyrdom of Nasrallah?

We can't let Russia win, not because we love the Ukrainian people and not because we care about some freedom of some Ukraine, but because there are interests of a global player like the US in that region that we have a duty to protect.

Few realize that Russia has been using the Ukraine conflict to develop a next-generation combined-arms warfare doctrine. They have learned how to use infantry and drones together to take out tanks and other armored vehicles, and are analyzing damage to enemy tanks in order to learn how better destroy them.
Russia has become the innovators on the battlefield.

🌍 UN ineffectiveness fuels Middle East crisis, says African expert
Osita Agbu, Professor of International Relations and Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academics at Baze University, Nigeria, has expressed deep concern over the escalating conflict in the Middle East, highlighting the UN's failure to effectively address conflicts like the Israeli-Palestinian and calling for urgent reform of the international body.
🗣 "Several times you hear the United Nations Secretary-General calling for cease fire, calling for de-escalation, and it appears that nobody seems to be listening to him. … At the end of the day, he finds out that he's incapable of influencing the situation on the ground," he told Sputnik Africa.
Agbu added, "What we need to do is what many people have called for, if by chance it is possible to do that, and that is a reform of the United Nations itself and the reform of the United Nations Security Council".
He also lamented the UN's lack of influence on the ground despite repeated calls for ceasefires and de-escalation by the Secretary-General. He argued that the UN's inability to bring lasting peace to intractable conflicts like the Israeli-Palestinian dispute raises serious questions about its relevance in the modern world.
Agbu further expressed worry over Israel's recent incursion into Lebanon, labeling it a dangerous escalation of the conflict. The incursion, he believes, marks a new phase in the conflict, with the potential for wider regional involvement and unpredictable consequences for civilians in both Israel and Lebanon.
He pointed to the vulnerability of Israel in the face of Iranian missile attacks, highlighting the US's crucial role in mitigating the situation. He stressed the intricate web of alliances and interests that are fueling the escalation, emphasizing the need for all actors to heed the UN's calls for diplomacy and de-escalation to prevent further violence and bloodshed.
