They survive because they anticipate scruitiny and insulate leadership.

Believing that exposure of a few visible figures will end systemic exploitation ignores how power structures preserve themselves and adapt.

If the goal is real accountability rather than symbolic victories, investigations have to be methodical and patient.

That means building cases from the ground up, following money and logistics, forcing cooperation, and dismantling entire systems not just removing faces. Those will come. This process takes time, and more will come to light if it’s done correctly.
