‘Anti-Trans’ Parody Book Tops Amazon’s LGBTQ+ Best-Seller List
A parody book which seeks to highlight the absurdity of young children becoming transgender has shot to the top of Amazon’s LGBTQ+ bestseller list, on pre-orders alone, months before its release date of March 2022.
‘Johnny The Walrus’, written by comedian Matt Walsh, tells the story of a boy who enjoys pretending to be different things including a walrus, until people online convince his mother Johnny needs surgery to become a ‘real walrus’, with grizzly results.
Predictably, some critics are calling to have ‘Johnny The Walrus’ removed, although these demands may just serve to highlight the incredible traction the book has already gained.

The monolith is being “built to outlive us all” and will be constructed in a remote location on Tasmania, researchers at the state’s university said.

The object was described as a “mysterious hut,” an “obtrusive cube” and a “mysterious house” by operators who are planning to go and check it out within two to three months.

Storm Barra poses "danger to life" as 80mph winds, rain and snow batter Britain
Weather warnings have been issued for the storm sweeping in from the Atlantic, with the Met Office saying: "There is a small chance that injuries and danger to life could occur from large waves and beach material being thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties."
The west of Ireland is expected receive the worst of the storm Tuesday, with travel disruptions likely as well as power cuts and damage to buildings – with some 3,000 households already without power in the country, according to ESB Networks and flooding.
The UK’s Environment Agency has issued three flood warnings for England's south coast, as well as 35 flood alerts.
