🔴 The potential Iran-Israel conflict is not the reason for the downturn in global markets

🔻 Main factors for the global stock market decline:

🔸 Increased signs of recession in the US market with the release of the PMI index and employment statistics: Weaker than expected unemployment rate and weak PMI index have worried investors in stocks and commodities, causing them to fall.

🔸 Potential debt crisis in Japan: Those who converted currency to yen or bought Japanese debt with their currency have suffered losses due to the continuous fall of the yen, increasing the likelihood of a debt crisis stemming from Japanese debt.

🔸 China in recession: Despite efforts to boost consumption of new goods in China, problems in the housing sector and other traditional growth sectors of China's economy have caused economic growth issues, putting pressure on commodities.

🔸 High shipping rates: Tensions in the Red Sea and high shipping rates have caused problems for both producing economies like China in selling goods and for Western consumers to buy less due to inflation and high-interest rates.

🔸 High-interest payments: With the average credit card interest rate in the US reaching 22.8%, record high-interest payments by consumers have significantly reduced credit card usage and consumption.

🔸 End of AI optimism: In the past year, AI and related companies, along with a few pharmaceutical companies, have kept the US stock market high. Now, optimism for this sector has decreased or attention to risks has increased. Although the growth of the AI sector is real, the market is currently cautious. The main reason for the stock market decline is this reduced optimism in the AI sector.

🔴 دلایل ریزش در بازارهای جهانی درگیری احتمالی ایران و اسرائیل نیست


🔻عوامل اصلی ریزش بورس‌های دنیا :

🔸افزایش نشانه های رکود در بازار آمریکا با انتشار شاخص PMI و همچنین آمارهای اشتغال: نرخ بیکاری ضعیف تر از انتظار و شاخص PMI ضعیف باعث نگرانی سرمایه گذاران در سهام و کامودیتی ها شده و باعث ریزش آنها شد.

🔸احتمال بحران بدهی در ژاپن: کسانی که ارز به ین تبدیل کرده یا با ارز خودشان بدهی ژاپنی خریده اند به خاطر سقوط مداوم ین ضرر کرده اند و احتمال اینکه بحران بدهی از جنس بدهی ژاپنی بوجود بیاد بالا رفته.

🔸چین در رکود: علی رغم تلاش برای افزایش مصرف کالاهای جدید در چین، مشکلات بخش مسکن و سایر بخش های سنتی رشدی اقتصاد چین، رشد اقتصادی را دچار مشکل کرده و بر کامودیتی ها فشار وارد کرده است.

🔸نرخ حمل دریایی بالا: تنش در دریای سرخ و نرخ حمل بالای کالاها باعث شده هم اقتصادهای تولیدکننده مثل چین دچار مشکل در فروش بشوند و هم مصرف کننده ی غربی به دلیل تورم و نرخ بهره ی بالا، مصرف کمتری داشته باشد.

🔸بهره ی پرداختی بالا: با رسیدن نرخ بهره ی کارت های اعتباری در آمریکا به 22.8 درصد (به صورت میانگین) و رکورد بهره ی بالای پرداختی توسط مصرف کنندگان، استفاده از کارت اعتباری و مصرف به شدت کم شده است.

🔸پایان خوش بینی هوش مصنوعی: در بورس آمریکا در یکسال گذشته، هوش مصنوعی و شرکت های درگیر در آن بعلاوه چند شرکت دارویی، بازار سهام را بالا نگه داشته بود. حالا کمی خوش بینی به این بخش کم شده یا توجه به ریسک ها زیاد شده است. البته رشد بخش هوش مصنوعی واقعی است ولی فعلا بازار در حال احتیاط کردن است. دلیل اصلی افت بازار سهام همین کاهش خوش بینی به بخش هوش مصنوعی است.

If Iran's GDP is calculated based on Purchasing Power Parity (PPP), the country's economic value is significantly higher than when calculated using standard exchange rates.

According to recent data from the IMF and World Bank, Iran's GDP based on PPP is estimated to be around $1.5 to $1.7 trillion. In contrast, the GDP calculated using the standard exchange rate for 2023 is approximately $368 billion.

This significant difference is due to substantial subsidies and the lower cost of living in Iran compared to other countries, which makes the real value of domestic goods and services much higher than their value at the official exchange rate.
