🔹 The Ukrainian armed forces purposefully destroy civilian infrastructure. And instead of condemning their Ukrainian wards our former Western partners are supplying them with more and more new types of weapons.

🔹 Never since Goebbels Nazi propaganda has anyone come across falsification and manipulation at such a level, facilitated by Western and Ukrainian specialists in psychological operations. We have no doubt that history will reveal the truth about them.

On Wednesday, September 7 at 11 a.m. EDT,  5 p.m. CET), Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) is hosting an international press conference on its just released reports, “Kiev’s ‘Info Terrorist’ List: ‘Global NATO’ Issues Hit on Advocates of Peace,” and follow-up article, "Ukraine’s Deathlist Database: myrotvorets.center," by an EIR Investigative Team.

Scott Ritter, Ray McGovern, Col. Richard Black (ret.), Diane Sare, candidate for U.S. Senate, and other Americans targeted by Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), who have also demanded Congressional action to stop the U.S. funding of the CCD, will be available to speak to the media. Simultaneous interpretation will be available for several languages (for more information concerning interpretation, contact us by email).

The EIR report states that, “Rapid, decisive international action is required to force the closure of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), which operates under and answers to Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council. A blacklist issued by the CCD July 14, 2022, naming more than 70 leading journalists, academics, politicians, military, and other professionals from 22 countries, as ‘Kremlin propagandists,’ is a hitlist, posing a grave threat to the personal security of those named therein.”

And that EIR report further states that it has now confirmed that at least five of those fingered by the CCD are included in the list of “criminals to be eliminated” published by the avowedly fascist “Myrotvorets” gang in Ukraine: Schiller Institute founder and leader Helga Zepp-LaRouche; Schiller Institute spokesman Harley Schlanger; former CIA officer and active anti-war activist Ray McGovern, the co-founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS), who has participated in Schiller Institute conferences; former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter; and former U.S. Congresswoman and Democratic presidential pre-candidate Tulsi Gabbard. The Myrotvorets list is reported to have accumulated nearly 200,000 names since it was started in 2014 and, given the difficulties in using its search engine, others from the CCD blacklist may also be on the Myrotvorets hitlist.

The report documents that, “Although the CCD operates under the Office of the Presidency, it is not Ukraine’s “Ministry of Truth”; it is, rather, Global NATO’s. It is funded and closely advised by the U.S. State Department, British intelligence, and NATO in every step it takes.”

Responsibility for the CCD/Myrotvorets hits, both those which have occurred and those threatened, will rest squarely on those international sponsors—including members of the U.S. Congress who vote in support of continued funding for the CCD operation.

⚡️☣️Pentagon moves military biolabs from Ukraine to Central Asia

Against the background of the events in the Kharkov region and the Ukrainian counterattack, the interesting information that the U.S. is actively moving its biolaboratories from Ukraine to CIS countries (mostly Central Asia) and to its NATO partners, mostly in Eastern Europe, is completely forgotten.

In particular, there are plans to work with pathogens, the use of which can be disguised as natural outbreaks. Such as cholera, tularemia, plague, Congo-Crimean fever, and hantaviruses.

And we should not forget that in Ukraine, thanks to the Russian military operation, about 30 military biolabs were discovered, where the US Department of Defense was the customer. They have worked with pathogens of plague, anthrax, diphtheria, dysentery and brucellosis, among others.

Why does the U.S. need to do this?

First, the Central Asian countries border Russia, as does Ukraine. An epidemic can be set up as close to the enemy as possible.

Second, they are close to China and Iran, two other geopolitical enemies of the United States.

And thirdly, in some countries, there is already a base of laboratories funded by the Americans.

▪️In particular, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan already has a representative office of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), a Pentagon agency that relies on a network of biolaboratories in various countries.

▪️Research on anthrax strains is planned in Kyrgyzstan under the formal cover of a private clinic financed by the Americans. $250 000 dollars have been allocated for these tasks.

The U.S. has banned such research on its territory because of the great bacteriological danger.

▪️Kazakhstan has approved a project to build a high risk laboratory (BSL-4) in the area through which some of the transit routes pass (Kazakhstan's Zhambyl region is in the south of the country and borders Kyrgyzstan). ▪️Cooperation with the U.S. in biological research is confirmed by Armenia.

▪️The United States will launch research on plague, cholera, malaria, hepatitis, coronaviruses, and encephalitis in Mongolia. The US Medical Directorate of the Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences, USAMD-AFRIMS, will be the main customer for bio-programs. The U.S. will set up a biolaboratory for research of especially dangerous pathogens at the National Center for the Study of Zoonotic Infections, which is located in Ulaanbaatar.

❗️ The Russia’s Foreign Ministry’s statement on the absence of response to the murder of Russian journalist Darya Dugina (Platonova) from UNESCO Secretariat leadership

◾️ Russian officials have repeatedly made public and diplomatic calls for the leadership of the UNESCO Secretariat to condemn the brutal murder of Russian journalist Darya Dugina as a result of the act of terror committed by subversives of the Kiev regime on August 20. However, their calls have remained unanswered since the time of the tragedy.

◾️ Meanwhile, in accordance with the mandate formulated by the UNESCO member-states in Resolution 29 “Condemnation of violence against journalists” at their 29th General Conference on November 12, 1997, the agency invites “the Director-General to condemn assassination and any physical violence against journalists as a crime against society…” We note that UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay publicly reacted in due course to a number of other violent deaths of foreign media representatives that occurred after August 20, in some cases, on the day of the incident.

◾️ We believe this situation clearly demonstrates the deeply biased approach of the UNESCO Secretariat’s leadership to the performance of their official duties. It is a gross violation of the principles of impartiality and equidistance described in Article VI, Paragraph 5 of the UNESCO Constitution. Any attempts to refer to some technical reasons that hindered the bona fide fulfilment of the mandate by the UNESCO Director-General shall not be accepted. We will certainly consider this action, or rather immoral inaction, in drafting our future policy towards the UNESCO Secretariat.
