▪️ Sanctions against Russia would be gradually lifted.
▪️ Frozen Russian assets would only be returned after Moscow agrees to contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction.
▪️ The proposal includes a ceasefire and a prisoner exchange.
▪️ It also provides security guarantees for Ukraine, financial aid for recovery, and a fast-track path toward EU membership.

Sources indicate the plan is still being refined and remains subject to change. Crucially, it requires approval from Washington before moving forward.

This so-called "Peace Plan" is dead on arrival. It doesn't address any of the points repeatedly put forward by Moscow. At this current time, with Russia's Armed forces advancing along the entire front, it's outright insulting.

Researchers at Germany’s Karlsruhe Institute of Technology have found that Wi-Fi networks can identify and track individuals — even when they carry no devices at all. Routers and nearby phones constantly exchange unencrypted signals known as Beamforming Feedback Information, which, though invisible, reveal details about a person’s body shape, movement, and behavior.

Using machine learning, these signals can effectively “see” through walls, transforming ordinary routers into potential surveillance tools. This capability could soon be used to justify mass surveillance globally under the guise of “national security”.
