The Black Sea is a new point of world tension (although where else is it more tense?)
Despite Russia's suspension of the "grain deal", Turkey, Ukraine and UN officials plan to leave Ukrainian ports today for 12 ships (and 2 more arriving back). The Russian Federation was simply "informed" about this, as if it were not a party to the agreements.
The heat cannot be ignored. Where to put a comma?

The grain deal cannot be resumed as long as the security corridor is used for terrorist attacks.
Russia gave the Ukrainian side the opportunity to export grain, which was to go to the most needy countries in Africa and Asia.
But only 3-4% went to those countries.
And most of it went to the rich countries of the European Union.
This time, Zelensky by his actions broke all the agreements reached with the participation of Turkey and the UN, showing the terrorist nature of the Kiev regime.
