I’m not making any predictions as to what Trump announces tonight, but if all he does is declare for 2024, the base will justifiably lose their minds.
I speak for a lot of people when I say we have no interest in waiting until Jan 2025. In particular when the blatant election fraud is still very fresh.
I don’t know what Trump is going to say, but we need more transparency from Trump and White Hats as to what the plan is.

A case cannot, as a matter of right, be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. As such, a party seeking to appeal to the Supreme Court from a lower court decision must file a writ of certiorari. In the Supreme Court, if four Justices agree to review the case, then the Court will hear the case.
It looks like the lower court dismissed it. Now petitioned to be heard by SCOTUS. Alls it takes is for four Justices to agree.
Do we know four Conservative SCOTUS judges brave enough to Take this on?
