A case cannot, as a matter of right, be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. As such, a party seeking to appeal to the Supreme Court from a lower court decision must file a writ of certiorari. In the Supreme Court, if four Justices agree to review the case, then the Court will hear the case.

It looks like the lower court dismissed it. Now petitioned to be heard by SCOTUS. Alls it takes is for four Justices to agree.

“I feel guilty this morning for constantly trying to predict things over the years. We were never asked to do that, we were instead told to enjoy the show and were given a straight up timeline that I admit, I continue to ignore. Deep down I knew this was going to be a 2024 announcement, I think many of us did, but we wanted to believe it is more because we are so sick and tired of waiting. Trump clearly spoke to us last night, letting us know that we are not quite at peak precipice yet, and for some odd reason that gave me hope. The next two years will undoubtedly suck, and it sucks even more to think that those normies not awake will only have to go through 2 years of hell vs the 7 we will have put in by then, but we also have no idea what is awaiting us on the other side of this. We will without a doubt be rewarded by God for our time spent in this fight, but I do believe here on Earth great things await those of us who do not give up and continue to hold the line. This is a very real war and we are a very real army that the world is depending on right now, even if half of them still do not realize it. Without us, hope is completely lost. If you can’t keep moving forward in this fight for yourself, I ask that you at least consider your brothers and sisters who are fighting alongside you, we still need you. We can’t do this without each and every last one of you. We’re defeated, we’re tired, we’re broke, we’re pissed, but we are Patriots, and nobody has resilience like Patriots do, that is a fact.

The positive: We’re far over halfway there. If we have come this far, what’s another two years? With you guys at my side, I’m not worried about the next two years, I truly mean that. I can get through anything life throws our way with this crew. We were told last night that 2024 would be a completely different election. We can see a lot change before 2024, or we could finally see the military step in at that point, but like I said above, I gotta stop with the predictions and focus only on the happenings and the red pills. But for our peace of mind, I truly believe that Trump told us last night that 2024 would be different. I don’t know how we get massive turnout for 2024 with this kind of doom right now, but we have two years of events that could help us spark up the movement again, and I think it’s supposed to be this way right now. I almost wonder if it helps our cause in getting the normies pissed off, by having us fired up and pissed off right now. Doom is all around us, and that doom has got to be in some way contagious to the other side. We just elected a bunch of America First warriors, they will help us prevent not all, but a lot of horrible things from going down over these next two years. So while I think it will get worse optically, I think the real bad stuff is behind us. I can’t see some of the things we witnessed over the last two years go down now that we have the house and so many America first patriots in office. Last night Trump said that half of the country still isn’t there yet, but that after these next two years, we will finally be able to “do what needs to be done”. I think right now the thought of bearing two more years is a tough thought, but I truly believe it will be an interesting two years for people like us. I see nothing but more exposure, perhaps more than ever before, over these next two years - and those two years of exposure need us there. I love each and every one of you. I know many of us are all feeling rough this morning, but if we got this far, we will make it to the end of this thing.”
