Cyber Ninjas has issued a new report to Maricopa County in response to the County’s audit “analysis”. Cyber Ninjas: Maricopa County continues to purposely mislead Arizonans and the American public about the nature of audit findings, and the impact they had on the 2020 General Election. Their response renames and redefines audit findings so the claim can be made that the findings are false, includes logical sounding arguments that simply don’t add up, and is completely devoid of any supporting evidence. The following response to their review continues to refute their baseless claims with evidence and citations. Maricopa County has relied on the bogus fact checks on their website and by the fake news media to “debunk” many but not all claims by the Arizona Senate auditors. The Gateway Pundit reported on an encounter with one of the propagandist fact-checkers, attempting to slander our work and the work of auditors. Maricopa's claim about votes who moved is "extremely misleading" Provides no documentation for the 12,772 (MORE than the margin!) who moved outside of the County - Illegal votes No answer for how many of the 15,035 legally changed their address Image Cyber Ninjas corrects the record on the false claim that the 23,000 mail-ins from people who no longer live at that address were all "college students" and "snowbirds" Taking into account military personnel this would only reduce the 23,344 to an even 22,000 -- TWICE the margin Cyber Ninjas releases supplemental report to correct the disinformation coming from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors "Maricopa County continues to purposely mislead Arizonans and the American public about the nature of audit findings" Maricopa's claim about votes who moved is "extremely misleading" Provides no documentation for the 12,772 (MORE than the margin!) who moved outside of the County - Illegal votes No answer for how many of the 15,035 voters legally changed their address *There were more early ballots returned by voters than received* and Maricopa County's answer doesn't make sense "The numbers simply do not support the County's claim curing of ballots would result in a second scanning of the envelope...This is a soundbite, not an explanation." *Official results did not match who voted* Maricopa County literally spinned this as "Official Results Don't Include All Voters" - On what planet is that acceptable? Maricopa claimed this was due to missing "protected voters" "...the fact the County couldn't reply with a precise number of protected voters who voted in the election that matches the outlined discrepancy shows their response is not accurate." More Duplicate Ballots than Original* Once again, Maricopa County's explanation "is extremely misleading and does not respond to any of the specific details" Maricopa County DELETED and PURGED its Election Management System data in defiance of a subpoena "...what was done for the November 2020 general election does not match any past elections found on the EMS Server" Maricopa County admitted they moved the data AFTER the subpoena to hide it from auditors Their explanation it was for storage space is ridiculous, since "over 2 terabytes of free storage on the device counters any arguments it had to be done for space." Maricopa County admits they DELETED and moved the election data to hide it from auditors AFTER they got a subpoena This is a total cover up, and they admit ithttps://twitter.com/realLizUSA/status/1450962715615301644?s=iz Harrington Maricopa County purged the data on Feb. 1, 2021 the DAY BEFORE the audit began Contrary to their claim, it obviously is not routine for every election since "data is still present for other past elections" on the iz Harrington The County DID NOT conduct 2 prior audits "...the only thing these companies could do was run test cases against the election equipment to see if it behaved properly. No results were audited by either of these two companies." Maricopa County defied the subpoena -- and then lied about it "...

failing to comply with a subpoena is a criminal offense" Maricopa Co spread "outright lies" about its security credentials For 92% of the voting they used systems with old passwords from 2019! "if someone knew the password...on one of these systems that individual would know the password to the admin account on any of these systems" Maricopa claimed this was due to missing "protected voters" "...the fact the County couldn't reply with a precise number of protected voters who voted in the election that matches the outlined discrepancy shows their response is not accurate." *More Duplicate Ballots than Original* Once again, Maricopa County's explanation "is extremely misleading and does not respond to any of the specific details" Maricopa County DELETED and PURGED its Election Management System data in defiance of a subpoena "...what was done for the November 2020 general election does not match any past elections found on the EMS Server" One of the major questions that remain unanswered is, why was a noscript with over 37,000 log-in queries anonymously executed to delete security logs from election day, on March 3rd? Maricopa County continues to dodge this question but the Senate auditors have acquired photographic evidence of this activity and the user who did it. Cyber Ninjas reports, 1.9.4 LOGMANAGEMENT The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors stated the following in response to the Audit report concerning the County’s failure to preserve the operating logs on the EMS server “The system automatically logs all actions taken on the equipment. These logs are configured according to factory settings and have a storage limit of 20 megabytes.” This statement ignores the crux of the finding. 1.9.4.1 FAILURE TO PROPERLY RETAIN LOGGED DATA Advertisement - story continues below Maricopa county had full administrative authorities over the configuration and maintenance of the logging functions and the log retention duration operations. To claim that the reason the log data was not retained because the log size default setting was only 20MB is disingenuous at best when the county had the full control to properly modify this setting to ensure that the logged data was properly retained. The retention period for these log artifacts should have been for twenty-two (22) months but wasn’t. 1.9.4.2 INTENTIONAL EXECUTION OF SCRIPTS TO DELIBERATELY ENSURE THAT LOG ENTRIES WERE NOT RETAINED The response by Maricopa County does not address the fact that a user leveraging the emsadmin account deliberately and purposely executed a noscript that checked the accounts for duplicate passwords 38,478 times. This deliberate execution of the noscript occurred over three days, specifically on 2/11/2021 there were 462 log entries overwritten, on 3/3/2021 there were 37,686 log entries overwritten, and on 4/12/2021 there were 330 log entries overwritten. Given that the Maricopa County knew that the setting on the log retention was limited to 20MB, the act of executing these noscripts had the effect of deliberated ensuring that the Windows security logs covering the dates of the general election would not be available for review. All evidence has been turned over to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and it now lies on him to investigate these crimes and save our Republic.

These days, folks who identify as medical freedom fighters, or common sense conservatives, or traditional Christians, and the few freedom loving classical liberals who still exist, are now the sworn enemy of our own leftist controlled government.

Why? It’s simple.
When the individual has the power of freedom and uncensored thought, they cannot be compelled to make decisions based on government propaganda. Our opposition is crafty as a serpent, knowing that if it moves too quickly it may run into the barrel of our second amendment rights. With that in mind, they have waged a patient cold war of infiltration into our American institutions through the decades (Cultural Marxism 101), and have finally attained the palatial offices of power in nearly all of them. Now, with all the power in hand and a weak, neutered, and dopamine addicted American citizenry, they fearlessly unmask themselves with open censorship and suppression of both people and ideas they dislike.

This communistic cancel culture is in full public view from the censorship of Dr. Seuss to Donald Trump to Atticus Finch in 2020, to natural immunity hashtags, the medical success of Florida, and the medical disasters of Ireland, Israel, and Gibraltar in 2021.

The people are wiping their eyes, as they are still half asleep, but they are waking up.

So my message to the left is KEEP IT UP!!!
