I received this message just over 3 years ago

It was antithetical to all that I had ever been taught to be true as I was raised in the Christian Cult

Don't trust your heart
Don't trust your mind
Don't trust nature
Everything is fallen
Everything is diseased with sin
Even the good things you do are period rags

So when I heard, "Get in touch with your body and nature because this is where your power is," I paused

I wasn't meditating
I wasn't praying
I wasn't asking for a sign

Yet this voice was familiar

I'd heard it before

And the voice always came at pivotal moments in my life

Like when my mom was with another man other than my dad

Or when my grandmother was about to passover

Or when my daughter was passing over

Or when my friend was pregnant and was going to hide it with an abortion

Or when I was sharing about God to an atheist, and God showed me his darkest secret where he carried the most shame

This voice was Spirit grabbing my attention, and this voice had always told me the truth even when it was scary and ugly

So I listened and went down a new path

I had no idea where to start or where it was going, I simply said, "Yes," and walked towards it

Here I am just over 3 years later at home in my body

Trusting my heart
Trusting my mind
Trusting my nature
Seeing I have always been held
Seeing I was always pure
Seeing everything as love

There's no way to fully translate this experience with words

It takes a great step of courageous faith to embark on a journey into the yet to be discovered

It is an experience to be felt, explored, lived

Ready to come home to your body and nature?

Ready to innerstand, embrace and wield your power?

Women, this is for you!

Many years ago I discovered that my name means "warrior" and it has been a journey coming to terms with my warrior

In a world where wars have been started to seize more power, control and resources, while also perpetuating poverty, slavery, division and trauma cycles, it's no wonder women have forsaken their own inner warrior

A couple of years ago I was sitting in the forest with a sister about to go into a guided meditation to get in touch with Gaia. As soon as I closed my eyes I saw her, my own warrior and it jolted me!

I opened my eyes back up and told my sister what I had seen and that I was scared, I wasn't ready to face her

Since I was a child I had stood up to bullies, my step dad being the first

Every day was a battle field in my home with my step dad berating and belittling us, shaming us with his words and hands, reminding us of how stupid and rebellious we were, while I watched him do the same to my mom

I remember one time screaming over their fights, "Why are you always fighting?!" His response, "It's all because of you, you little bitch!"

There was no safe place to speak out truth, or demand integrity, and so I buried this righteous rage within and watched it explode onto other innocent bystanders at school, work, in friendships and loverships, you name it

I was fierce, and lacking a healthy way of expressing this righteous rage

Decades pass by and I'm labeled all sorts of things: violent, bully, out of control, girl with daddy issues

Fuck that!

The TRUTH is that innocence had been violently violated and I didn't have the ability as a child to voice that, nor ask for help

Let's go for a reframe, shall we?

Fast forward to this vision, my sister says, "You've got this, let's go in and see what's there. I've got you."

I went back in and immediately saw a warrior woman dressed in full armor on top of her horse, sword drawn with blood dripping off of it, screaming the battle cry, and charging full speed ahead.

Images of women's pregnant bellies ripped open, women and children running and screaming in terror, and carnage everywhere

What was I witnessing? Was this my doing? What have I done?

As I continued to observe the scene, I realized I was actually in battle protecting those that were being senselessly murdered

There wasn’t space for kumbaya, bypassing positive thinking, flashing my tits and ass in the name of spirituality, a spiritual fluffy quote that does nothing to protect those being murdered, or waiting for someone to come rescue us

It was time for fucken battle!

I came out of the meditation and wept

For so long I had believed the lie that my warrior wasn’t safe, that she was senselessly harming people and unable to be controlled

That couldn’t be further from the truth

Her fierce presence and righteous rage inspired her action to protect innocence and life

Woman, remember that your inner warrior Kali is not a senseless destroyer seeking to have power over just for the fucken sake of it

She is committed to revealing truth, protecting innocence, and rebirthing from this space

Which brings me to my next point: rise up in your power and own inner integrity

We’ve been talking so long about how the masculine is not meeting us, how we cannot feel their warrior, how we do not feel held, safe or seen

And yet so many continue to bend down and coddle them in their distortions, excuse making, lack of integrity, and refusal to have a backbone

Do not bend any longer

Cut. That. Fucken. Head. Off!

Stop it right in its tracks

Stand in truth
Stand in presence
Stand in integrity
Stand for innocence to be protected

Stand tall in all your Divine wisdom and strength and invite him to meet you there

If we desire to rebirth this world, we must accept our inner Kali warrior wisdom

Light Working and Shadow Hunting: Two Sides of the Same Coin

If our bodies have been shaped by the circumstances we've been through and have caused misalignments, pain and disease, you better believe that the collective misalignments, pain and disease are caused by A LOT that's still lurking in the individual and collective shadows

Any true light worker will tell you that the path to their own ascension has been facing their shadows...fiercely, relentlessly, and with a love so pure that it will no longer tolerate what's harming them

There is a perversion in the spiritual community of focusing on love and light that is bypassing facing what is in the darkness

The true spiritual work is to boldly taking that light of yours, and shining it into your own shadows to uproot and transmute what's there

It is only from this place of self response-ability that we will then be able to attune ourselves to the darkness in the world and ACTIVELY uproot it

No amount of positive thinking and focusing on love and light will save us, it's time to partner that love and light with ACTION

No more bypassing, we are going through the birthing canal and it is an interactive process

I had a conversation with a brother months ago and he was expressing how he just desires a woman to love him for who he is

I asked him just how deep he'd gone into understanding why he is the way he is, and if he's fully loved himself there?

See, we often think that if someone would just love me, if someone would just accept me, then I'll magically feel better about myself and everything will fall into place

The truth is we attract those who mirror our level of self-love and maturity because that's what we feel we are worth

If you are not willing to face your shadows
If you are not willing to seek to understand yourself
If you are not willing to hold yourself in this vulnerability
And if you are not willing to love yourself into wholeness
Then you will attract the same distortions in relationships

Go deeper
Build that resonance of love within you
And you will attract the love you desire BECAUSE you have first given it to yourself

@jayadeviandco was one of those random IG connections, turned insta-friend🙌🏼

A few chats back and forth and I could feel she was carrying a lot and just needed a sister to hold some space

We had some mutual connections in Canada, and I could feel the purity of her heart, so I opened my heart and home and invited her over for some cacao

The intention was to just listen, and it organically turned into a healing session. Kudos to Jaya for her courage to open up!

We moved through an exercise I love called "conscious stream of thought" where she was invited to speak freely about what was on her heart, while I took notes and picked up on subconscious themes

With some gentle reflection, she was able to hear what her soul was asking for

We decided to go a layer deeper and see where her fear and doubt were coming from with moving forward with what her soul was asking for

We did some body de-armouring, which is just gently placing pressure on various points of the body, and allowing the body to show the emotion and/or memory stored there

Her body quickly gave her some memories from her childhood, and we were able to connect that to her current situation

Through some guided prompts to speak to her inner child and hold her, she was able to give herself what her body has been asking for and move towards the direction her soul was asking for with more confidence

The body is eager to share what the soul is communicating, and sometimes all it takes is slowing down and a bit of guidance to allow the messages to come through

We all start somewhere, and the journey from the starting point to fruition takes

I've innerstood since I was 5 years old that the teaching and healing path would be mine and kept wondering when would it be my turn?

When I was 19 someone posed the question: when you die, what would you like to be remembered for? Without skipping a beat, my soul said, "That I loved the world well."

I rememeber experiencing my first healing and training retreat and feeling my soul come alive with inspiration, and also looking at the facilitators like, "Wow! How did they get there?!"

A few months into various trainings for the path I'm on now, I received a vision of roots being inside a box and a voice said, "You need spaciousness to grow."

This had a double meaning: get out of the box I had been living in and allow the roots to extend beyond what I felt my limits were, AND that it would take time for the roots to grow deep and wide to support the trunk growing tall, so that it could support the branches and fruit that would eventually come

I get it now

In order to teach how to heal, they had to go on their own journey of healing

Again, that took

S P A C I O U S N E S S

It's been over THREE YEARS of dedicating my life SOLELY to this growth

I was let go from my corporate job the day after I committed to this path and never looked back

I didn't take any other job

I miraculously kept getting money from previous choices I'd made while in the corporate world

I literally devoted all of my time, energy and resources to this path

For myself
And for humanity

And now I'm on the precipice of launching my first live group coaching program!!!!!!
