Downtown: A coalition of organizers has gathered at Stanley Mosk Court on Hill St, protesting the lack of protections given to tenants in our city from landlords, cops, and evictions. The crowd has grown to 150 people.
Downtown: The large crowd has blocked Hill and are blocking the entrance to the courthouse

RIGHT NOW: Saturday night BLM LA led a protest against the LASD at Imperial for justice for Dijon Kizzee. The protestors were met with violence by the sheriffs including the pepper spraying of a young child. Sunday night protestors returned. Quickly the LASD called an unlawful assembly and threw flash bangs, pepper balls, rubber bullets, and tear gas at the small crowd. Multiple people were arrested and held throughout the night and day. As of right now, the LASD have 100 officers to control a crowd of around 30. The LASD has blocked Normandie and Vermont.
Deputies are armed with non-lethal bullets, guns drawn outfitted in riot gear and shields.
