Lesson learned: A real honorable and free Muslimah walks with shyness in her gait, not boldly and seductively, what they like to call “confidence” with their chests outstretched and swaying their bodies. This is not confidence, but rather shamelessness and ugliness. Also, women should cover their faces (its absolutely Fardh in our Shari’ah and consensus has been narrated on it by many early scholars). Also, women should not be so accustomed to speaking with ikhwa and being around them that they feel absolutely nothing anymore. They should stick to their homes, only leaving when they have a need and should always hate to have the gaze of strangers fall upon her even if she’s covered and should feel even shyer when she has to speak to a man. All of this applies online aswell as in person. (As far as private messages between the opposite genders, many scholars have mentioned it’s haram and fitnah, so stay away).
The story continues:
قَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي يَدْعُوكَ لِيَجْزِيَكَ أَجْرَ مَا سَقَيْتَ لَنَا
(She said: "Verily, my father calls you that he may reward you for having watered (our flocks) for us.")
This is an example of good manners: she did not invite him directly lest he have some suspicious thoughts about her. Rather she said: "My father is inviting you so that he may reward you for watering our sheep," i.e., give you some payment for that.
After this Musa عليه السلام doesn’t make small talk with her on the way back to her home or even speak a single unnecessary word. Due to this she said to her father later about him:
قَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا يَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ ۖ إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ
(And said one of them: "O my father! Hire him! Verily, the best of men for you to hire is the strong, the trustworthy.")
She said to her father:
يَا أَبَتِ اسْتَأْجِرْهُ
(O my father! Hire him!)
as a shepherd to look after the sheep.
'Umar, Ibn 'Abbas, Shurayh Al-Qadi, Abu Malik, Qatadah, Muhammad bin Ishaq and others said: "When she said:
إِنَّ خَيْرَ مَنِ اسْتَأْجَرْتَ الْقَوِيُّ الْأَمِينُ
(Verily, the best of men for you to hire is the strong, the trustworthy.) her father said to her, 'What do you know about that?' She said to him, 'He lifted a rock which could only be lifted by ten men, and when I came back with him, I walked ahead of him, but he said to me, walk behind me, and if I get confused about the route, throw a pebble so that I will know which way to go.'"
Lesson learned: Keep yourself out of Fitnah brothers. One of the scholars of the past said “Walk behind a lion, but do not walk behind a woman.” Musa عليه السلام did not want to speak to her alone and unnecessary while they walked back to her home. In fact, he didn’t even want to hear her voice giving him directions (because he didn’t know the way to her home) so he told her to just throw pebbles and stay behind him. Avoiding all unnecessary communications with women online and in real life is a sign of Taqwa, especially because the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم told us that no fitnah is greater than the fitnah of a woman.
In the end, the woman’s father hires Musa عليه السلام and marries her to him. Keep the story in mind the next time you have to interact with the opposite gender brothers and sisters and it will benefit you greatly insha’Allah.

An update regarding Abu Hamzah’s trial:
His younger brother (also a revert, may Allaah bless him) has let us know that his case was pushed back by his lawyer so he can go through all the “evidence” presented by the government.
Continue to remember our brother in your duas, as well as his younger brother - it is not easy for him either. May Allaah make this struggle a means to Jannah for them.

The brother posted a picture of his daughter wearing hijab to copy her mum allahumma baarik lahaa. And this is what happened next. Mind you, during this pandemic, *many* are homeschooling. And even previously in Maldives, there were some who homeschooled and that which was known to the government.

Here is a murutad from Maldives.
"probably even teaching your kids at school"
The reason why the government wants to force us to send our children to these mixed schools.
They have made laws that when the child turns 4, it is obligatory to send them to school and if not, action will be taken against the parents, i.e; taking the children away from the parents & putting them in the orphanage and the parents put in jail.
Same goes for refusing to vaccinate children due to valid concerns, or anything really, like our little pearls opting to wear shar'ī libas even.

Torture by Maldivian Police to a Maldivian Family in Afghanistan Prison (as related by a family member on a talk show on twitter space):
◾️Ali Shafiu H. Moonlight Villa, Male' was arrested along with his wife and 4 children (all under the age of 10)
◾️The family says wife was four months pregnant, when the Afghan police tortured her resulting in her miscarriage.
◾️Even after she had miscarried, she was denied any medical attention and was made to suffer for many days with her dead foetus still inside her.
◾️Under the orders of Maldivian Police, a forced statement against Ali Shafiu was taken from the wife and kids at gun point
◾️Ali Shafiu was electrocuted, tortured, stripped, and left in snow until he passes out
◾️The family is denied any medical attention, they are severely malnourished and underweight; the wife does not even weigh 35 kg now
◾️The relatives in Maldives have been trying to get the kids into safety. They have been begging for help from the Maldivian government, yet no help has been provided so far.
These are just the highlights and only a little of what the family has been going through for approximately 3 years.

Brothers and sisters as many of you are probably already aware, the kuffar are now already in the process to deport our honourable sisters back to their countries where (depending on their country) they’ll most likely face life sentences and be separated from their families and kids. For the ones that we’re still able to gather money for and help with their releases (in sha Allaah), we should put all of our efforts towards this goal, to help as many sisters as we possibly can.
A lot of us today talk about on-going charity and the main things that pop up in our minds are things like giving the copy of the Quraan to someone, buying Quraan for the masjid, helping to build a masjid, etc… These are all great opportunities of on-going charities no doubt, but helping prisoners, orphans, wives of shuhadah, wives of prisoners, etc… is more of an obligation on us, more rewarding, and should supersede the other opportunities! Every single person reading this can contribute in some way or another.

If you're a foreign tourist, you have ease of access for travel and tourism. But you're not allowed for hajj. Covįd safety concerns reaches its peak when it comes to making a pilgrimage only. In other cases, you can certainly come to party, have fun and you're obviously less at risk of catching the virus.
The priorities... very obvious.
