His name is Abu Harūn — a man who’s become the face of patience in Palestine, and likewise mesmerized the world with his display of patience in the face of heart shattering tragedy. A couple years back, his young child, not even reaching the age of 4 years, was crushed by a car that was being driven by a woman who didn’t wear the hijab at the time.

As recompense for her action and a condition for him forgiving her, he required that she begin wearing the hijab. Yesterday he lost his toddler to a car wreck, and today he lost his son due to the bombing of the Zionists — only to show such exemplary patience.

May Allah accept all our brothers and sisters as Martyrs, and grant their remaining loved ones a beautiful patience.

What has ruined the people’s minds, society and distorted the religion besides the kings and their associates (the riff-raff scholars).

No greater destruction has befallen religion than from the reign of kings and the riff-raff scholars who have sold their religion, their knowledge and their devotional acts for a worldly benefit.

Those who were to maintain the integrity of the religion, they took on the responsibility of upholding and transmitting the pure religion authentically, without becoming compromised by political power or material gain, you find them today licking the boot of the kings. Their corruption led them to distort the religious teachings, twisting the meanings of the texts and verses in a way not intended by Allah and His Messenger, to support, aid and befit their rulers.

Ibn Muflih reported: Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, May Allah be pleased with him, said: “If you see a scholar become too close to the rulers, beware of him for he is a thief.”

Ibn Abdul Barr said: “It is said that the worst rulers are far from the scholars and the worst scholars are near to the rulers.”

Ka’b ibn Ujrah reported: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم came to us while we were a group of nine. The Prophet said, “Verily, tyrannical rulers will come after me and whoever affirms their lies and supports their oppression has nothing to do with me and I have nothing to do with him, and he will not drink with me at the fountain in Paradise. Whoever does not affirm their lies and does not support their oppression is part of me and I am part of him, and he will drink with me at the fountain in Paradise.”

“Fear of you ˹believers˺ is more intense in their hearts than fear of Allah” [59:13]

When the Messengers give up hope, they think that they were denied, that is the end of it and that they lost. That is when the victory of Allah comes upon them.

This is an Ummah that gets sick, but does not die. This is an Ummah that dozes off at times but does not sleep, not since it awoke fourteen centuries ago. If it was destined to die, it would have died with much worse calamities, but it is guided by Allah subhaanahu wa ta’aala and He is alive and He never dies.

The more they fight Islam, the more Islam intensifies. The more they try to turn off the brightness of Islam, the more it flares. When they leave Islam alone, it spreads and it extends. For them, it is a lose lose situation.

Allah is watchful over those who deter. Allah is independent of those who desert. The wrath of Allah will never be turned away from those oppressors.

Victory of Allah hovers above the believers waiting for the word of 'Be' (Kun (كن) from Allah, and it is done.

So do not occupy yourself with the timing of the ْvictory, but rather, occupy yourself with implementing Ya’budoonanee Laa Yushrikoona Bi Shay’a (يعبدونني لا يشركون بي شيئا)

Striving against our enemy, their persecution and oppression, and defending our land, our brethren and our kids is our way. Dying in the process is the best outcome and a desired wish.

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ جَـٰهِدِ ٱلْكُفَّارَ وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَٱغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِير

O Prophet (Muhammad)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, – and worst indeed is that destination.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Whoever is killed protecting his property is a shaheed. Whoever is killed protecting his religion is a shaheed. Whoever is killed protecting his life is a shaheed. Whoever is killed protecting his family is a shaheed.”

وغير تقي يأمر الناس بالتقى. . . طبيب يداوي الناس وهو سقيم

قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِ ٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ ۖ إِنَّ ٱلْأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ ۖ وَٱلْعَـٰقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

Said Mūsā to his people, "Seek help through Allāh and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allāh. He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous."

…قَالَ عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمْ أَن يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ

…He said, "Perhaps your Lord will destroy your enemy and grant you succession in the land and see how you will do."

[Al-A’rāf: 128-129]

*Everything You Need to Know About Boycotting*

The first ‘Ālim we were ever introduced to as kids, & the first one we ever took knowledge from, was Shaykh Ahmad Mūsā Jibrīl حفظه الله, and we grew up on his lectures. This was of the greatest blessings, because he set the standard for us in what we should always seek and look for in any teacher, scholar, or Dā’ī.

‎اللهم بارك له، نحسبه كذلك والله حسيبه

In speaking the truth, in humility, in not being effected by slander of himself, in kindness, in sincerity towards the believers, in wisdom in Da’wah, in organizing priorities, in dutifulness to parents, in dedication to the Ummah, in being a voice for the oppressed, in suffering for the sake of Allāh, in never complaining to creation, in never charging a penny for Da’wah, in pardoning and forgiving, and innumerably more qualities.

People used to say we were doing other Dā’īs & “scholars” an injustice by comparing them to his standard, but by Allāh, we dodged so many bullets due to this standard that he had engrained in our minds via his own example & additionally, his direct teaching of what we should seek. The real issue that we suffer from today is that people don’t hold their Dā’īs, Tullāb, and scholars to a standard that’s high enough. What he set for us and taught us is not something new or unattainable, it is in fact that way the Ulamā’ of the Salaf were. حفظه الله تعالى.

And it’s this standard and character of his — after the Fadhl of Allāh — that has earned him the deep respect and love of masses. To the point when others see some students, and the way they act towards him, they ask in bewilderment, “Are you afraid of him?” but it’s not fear, it’s the utmost level of respect towards their teacher.

May Allāh increase our Shaykh in Istiqāmah and guidance and ease his affairs.

They also say, “When you lose your path, look at your sin, you will find the path.”

وَكَيْفَ تَأْخُذُونَهُۥ وَقَدْ أَفْضَىٰ بَعْضُكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ وَأَخَذْنَ مِنكُم مِّيثَـٰقًا غَلِيظًۭا

And how could you take it back after having enjoyed each other intimately and she has taken from you a firm commitment? — 4:21

Allah, in His divine wisdom established the existence of both male and female. In the intricate weave of society, it is the family that serves as the bedrock, the essential cornerstone of social infrastructure. The wife is the bedrock of the family and the family is the most important establishment in society.

Families, as the primary units of society, have significant bearing on the overall societal structure. Therefore, when destructive forces aim to destroy and destabilization a nation they begin by attacking the family unit first. They employ tactics aimed at dismantling the role of women, leading to a disintegration of home life. Women are encouraged to leave their homes, resulting in children being moulded and raised by television and phone screens. This chaos within the family also contributes to a shocking increase in divorce rates.

However, to safeguard against such detrimental forces, it is imperative that the foundations of family are firmly rooted in love, respect, and shared responsibilities within the boundaries of the Shari’ah. Relationships must be nurtured with affection, mercy, and patience to create environments of understanding and mutual support. It is through such efforts that families can withstand external pressures, providing society with a robust anchor.

Allah gathered between spouses in goodness, joy, and blessings in the marital bond. The foundation of a spouse's connection should be rooted in love and selflessness, enveloped by tenderness, kindness, and comfort for one another. There should be a preference for each other. When each of you prefer the other over yourself you find both spouses rights being fulfilled and satisfied, creating an atmosphere of satisfaction and tranquility.

In this mutual sanctuary, spouses find comfort, delight, and rejuvenation. You become each other's source of solace and happiness, seeking solace in the tranquility each provides. Despite worldly hardships or financial constraints, the wealth of love and peace in your relationship makes you feel abundantly rich and content, as though you're the wealthiest individuals on earth.

The foundation of a successful marriage involves prioritizing each other over oneself. Patience, sacrifice, generosity, and constant support are key aspects. Irrespective of the circumstances, each partner makes every possible effort to ease the other's burdens. This cooperation contributes to raising healthy children, which is only achievable through effective communication, love, and understanding among spouses. Without love, the family unit cannot thrive, but with it, the family flourishes as they cooperate and forgive each other for shortcomings.

Consider this analogy: if it's freezing outside, one would naturally long for a repose, a warm house to seek comfort in. This is similar to a husband who, upon leaving home, anticipates finding comfort and warmth upon his return, which primarily lies in his wife.

A lot of men today abuse their wives. They should remember the words of the Messenger: “The believers who show the most perfect Faith are those who have the best behaviour, and the best of you are those who are the best to their wives".

The Prophet never hit anyone - servant, slave, child or wife! You cannot harm or humiliate women, they are respectful and honourable. The Prophet is our excellent example, he used to give A’isha رضي الله عنها the meat and he would suck the bones, he would give A’isha the drink and he’d drink from the spot she drank.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “You will be rewarded for whatever you spend for Allah's sake even if it were a morsel which you put in your wife's mouth."

Fear Allah regarding your spouse. You have taken them as a trust from Allah.Intercourse has been made lawful among you by the word of Allah.

الا كلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته

Every individual among you is a shepherd, and each shepherd is tasked with guarding their own herd. The scholars are the shepherds of the Muslim ummah. By Allah, we ask you O Scholars, where have you gone?! You did nothing but sell yourselves and your verdicts to the rulers to suit their desires and whims, you abandoned the Ummah with your silence, your actions and your hypocrisy, leaving them blinded in issues of clear cut matters of the religion. Not only are you bathing in Muslim blood but you’ve supported the tyrants and oppressors over the truthful scholars, filling the prison walls with real knowledge that you have contained inside and barred from leaving.
