📚Fiqh of the Salaf with regards to the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah📚
On the authority of Anas: "It was said regarding each of the days of first 10 of Dhul Hijjah, that each day [of worship] equated to 1000 days, and the Day of 'Arafah equated to 10,000 days [of worship]."
And Abu Uthmān al-Nahdē said: "They (The Salaf) would hold in high regard (i.e., expend a greater effort in worshiping Allah) the three sets of 10 [days]: (1) The first 10 of Muharram, (2) The first 10 of Dhul Hijjah, (3) and The last 10 of Ramadan."
And Al-'Awzā'ee said: "It has reached me that worshipping Allah in the first 10 days [of Dhul Hijjah] equated to participating in a battle for the sake of Allah whilst fasting its day and guarding [the Muslims] in the night."

When teaching Tawheed hit a nerve with their people
| By Shaykh Ahmad Jibril [حفظه الله]
When teaching Tawheed hit a nerve with their people, the Messengers didn't back away nor dilute it; they became more courageous, firm persistent, fearless and even daring!
Analyze some of their responses in the Quran, keeping in mind the world of their time united against them when they said this:
1. **Hud (Alyhi Alsalam) said:
"I call Allah to witness and bear you witness that I am free from that which you ascribe as partners in worship, With Him (ALLAH).
So *[plot]* against me, *[all of you]*, and *[give me no respite]*!
I put my trust in ALLAH, my Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving (living) creature but He has the grasp of its forelock."
{Quran, 11:54-56}
2. **Nuh (Alyhi Alsalam) said:
"O my people, if my stay (with you), and my reminding (you) of the Ayat of Allah is hard on you, then *[I put my trust in ALLAH]*. So *[devise your plot]*, *[you andyour partners]*, and let not your plot be in doubt for you. *[Then pass your sentence on me and give me no respite.]*"
{Quran, 10:71}
3. **Muhammad (Sallah Allahu Alyhi Wasalam) was ordered to say:
Say (O Muhammad): "Call *[your (so-called) partners]* and then *[plot]* against me, and *[give me no respite]*!
"Call *[your (so-called) partners]* and then *[plot]* against me, and *[give me no respite]*!
Verily, my Wali (Protector, Supporter, and Helper) is ALLAH Who has revealed the Book (the Qur'an), and He protects, supports and helps the righteous
{Quran, 7:195-196}

NEW VIDEO | Biography Shaykh ‘Alī Al-Khudayr
He is the imprisoned Shaykh ‘Alī ibn Khudayr ibn Fahd Al-Khudayr and he was born in Riyādh during the year 1374 AH.
He graduated at the Usūl Ad-Dīn Faculty at the University of the Imām Muhammad ibn Sa’ūd in the Al-Qāsim province in 1403 AH. He started his quest in seeking knowledge during his youth from the time he was in High School. He first started with learning the Quran and recitation with Tajwīd with Shaykh ‘Abd Ar-Ra’ūf Al-Hannāwī, may Allāh have mercy upon him.
From the most prominent scholars that Shaykh ‘Alī Al-Khudayr studied with where As-Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ibrāhīm Aāl As-Shaykh, Shaykh Hamūd ibn ‘Uqlāa As-Shu’aybī, Shaykh Muhammad ibn Sālih Al-Mansūr, and many others and he was granted an ijāzah to issue fatāwā by Shaykh ibn Bāz.

Shaykh Hamud ibn ‘Uqlāa As-Shu’aybī said in praise of some of his Rasā’il: “I have seen the works of the Eminent Shaykh ‘Alī ibn Khudayr Al-Khudayr, the three related to At-Tawhīd which are ‘Al-Jam’ wa At-Tajrīd fī Sharh Kitāb At-Tawhīd Volume One’ and ‘Al-Haqā’iq fī At-Tawhīd’ and ‘At-Tawdīh Wa Al-Tatamāt ‘ala Kashf As-Shubūhāt’ and I found those books very useful and beneficial in its field."
Shaykh ‘Alī Al-Khudayr was arrested after he was wanted by the Saudi government on 28-3-1424 AH and he was placed in Al-Hā’ir prison and there his suffering started.
From the torture the Shaykh had to undergo was they placed him in a solitary cell and he wasn’t allowed in a group cell, only for a couple of times. He is still isolated in death row cells until this day.
The Shaykh was subjected to psychological and physical torture and they beat him with a stick and they prevented him from communication and visitation for a long period of time.
He also suffered from other kinds of torture like being hit with an electric stick, and pulling his fingernails, and plucking his beard. His mother and brother died and he was prohibited from praying Janazah over them. The Shaykh is being harmed by the intelligence agents in the isolated death row cells until this day.

Remember the Shaykh in your Dū'ā
The Fitnah of family is indeed great for the youth of Tawheed. Just a small reminder and encouragement to our sisters and brothers:
You are not alone and you are not the first to endure such trials. Indeed, it is a difficult trial and a heart wrenching one, but do you not remember that Allāh tests with that which is most dear to his servants?
Remember that Ibrāhīm عليه السلام was tested with family. He was tested with none other than his father who raised him his whole life, and the attachment of the son to the father is great. Till his last moments with him, after the abuse, the threats, the rejection and denial, he left him upon an oath that he would invoke Allāh to forgive him (of course, later it became clear to him that he was and enemy to Allāh). From this, one can see his attachment to his father. Allah makes mention of this trial as a an example for us and a praise for Ibrāhīm عليه السلام , pointing out his steadfastness regardless of who was against him, even if it be his father, and his father was the first he gave Da’wah to and the first to threaten him and reject him. Many brothers and sisters experience the same today. Be steadfast, be strong. This is nothing other than a trial.
Nūh عليه السلام was tested with family. He was tested with none other than his son who he raised and nurtured with his own hands. Till those last moments, when the water was rising and the people were being drowned, he called out to him with one last call of Da’wah, a call which was arrogantly rejected. He was tested with the great test of losing a son to Kufr while he was a caller to Tawhīd and a staunch believer, but he still mentioned it to Allāh even after seeing his son overtaken by the waves, “Indeed my son was of my family”. The feelings of a parent towards their child does not need to be described to anybody. So many mothers and fathers upon Haqq lose their children to misguidance and Kufr. Remember Nūh عليه السلام and complain only to Allāh of your grief. This is nothing other than a trial.
Ayyūb عليه السلام lost all of his children as a test from Allāh. Musa عليه السلام left his family in the middle of nowhere when the command came from Allāh to go to Fir’awn. The mother of Musa عليه السلام put her child in a ferocious river as Allāh inspired her. And countless other incidents.
Point being: Allāh tests with family, and He knows it grieves your heart. He knows you feel the earth is constrained upon you and He knows that at some times it feels like your heart is being torn from your chest. He knows the struggles of some who are forced to hide parts of their beliefs and the struggles of others who defend it day and night and face harm from their families due to their steadfastness and Da’wah to it. He knows some of you have been cut off and boycotted by your families. He knows some of you weep at seeing your loved ones upon misguidance and other grieve deeply while making Baraa’ from them. He sees it all and He rewards it justly.
This is the Millah of Ibraheem! This is the path! So stand straight as you have been commanded!
Just as Ibrāhīm عليه السلام endured patiently giving da’wah to his father with kind words while receiving nothing but abuse as backlash, many youth today face similar. Just as Ibrāhīm عليه السلام prepared to slaughter his son for the sake of Allāh, many of us slaughtered our love for our families in our hearts due to what they were upon of Kufr and Riddah. We are upon his Millah insha’Allah! Our trials may be nowhere near the magnitude of the trials of Ibrāhīm عليه السلام, but it should comfort us to see that Allah is testing us with that which is relatable to some extent. How could we claim to be upon his Millah if we aren’t tested the way he was?
May Allāh guide our families and keep us steadfast and patient upon this path. May you see the fruits of your Da’wah soon.

Be steadfast. And NEVER abandon Du’a ever. Don’t underestimate its power. Wallāhi there were youth who had exhausted every means of Da’wah to their families but they remained upon Kufr and Riddah. When they turned whole heartedly to Allāh in the depths of the nights, weeping, from the depths of their torn hearts and grieved souls and complaining to him of the misguidance their families were upon, so Allāh shook them with extreme trials and tested their sincerity. After that, The Merciful Lord showered His mercy upon them He delighted their hearts with guidance for their loved ones. As such, the youth of Tawheed was a means of guidance for his parents who were exceeding in Kufr and calling to it. Nothing is impossible with Du’a and Tawakkul.

By The Will of Allah Alone, we are excited to bring you all this much needed series on The Nullifiers of Islam. Many great scholars and students of knowledge have previously done explanations of this beneficial booklet - of which this series is not meant to be a replacement for, rather, it is a humble attempt by brother Abu Ruqya, to shed light upon the issues with regards to nullifying one's Islam, as it pertains to our time especially - a time, where the narrative on nullifiers has been largely dominated by the Murji'a. Is it permissible for Muslim women to attend free-mixed university (high school/college/etc.)?
Answer by Shaykh Ali al-Khudayr (may Allah hasten his release and keep him steadfast)
Question:
(Please give) your advice to me, O Shaykh, about seeking Shar'i knowledge. O Shaykh, I am a student in a science college, and it is occupying the majority of my time, however, I have a deep desire to seek Shar'i knowledge, so what do you advise me with O Shaykh? May Allah bless you.
Answer:
“I advise you to leave studying in university and to stick to your home, for there is no Khayr in free-mixed studies that lead to free-mixed work. Allah says "And remain (firmly) in your homes" and He says "And say to the believing women to lower their gazes and protect their chastity.” And there is an example for you (to follow) in the righteous woman (mentioned in the Ayah) "Then one of the two women came to him walking with shyness..."
