Biography
Shaykh ‘Abdul Jabbār Shākir was born in 1976 in a small rural village called Qila Kalar Wala near Sudagarpur Pakistan. His late father, Muhammad Yūsuf, was a religious man, who had 5 sons, 3 of which were Huffādh of The Noble Qur’an. Shaykh ‘Abdul Jabbār’s younger brother was a Mujāhid who attained martyrdom in Kashmīr. He lost his mother at the tender young age of 7, and his father passed away in 2013, one year before Shaykh ‘Abdul Jabbār Shākir’s arrest.
After completing high school (which is completed around 16 years old in Pakistan), his father enrolled him into the well known university Jami’ah Salafiyyah in Faisalabad to pursue knowledge of The Qur’an and Ahādith. He studied there for 7 years, gaining knowledge and studying from various well known scholars in the area, among whom was Mawlana Muhammad Sharīf, who had the noscript of Ustadh al-‘Ulamā’ (the teacher of the ‘Ulamā’), who Shaykh ‘Abdul Jabbār studied very closely with. In his student days, he became known as an eloquent, powerful, and influential speaker. He graduated from the university with impressive marks.
After graduating, he further sought to quench his thirst for knowledge, so he applied and was accepted to Madīnah University in Bilād Al Haramayn, and with his great love for the Messenger (ﷺ), he took his place in the faculty of Hadīth. He studied and gained knowledge of Ahadīth for 6 years in Madinah. During his time there, he independently studied Ilm al-Hadīth from Shaykh Al-Albāni and Ibn Bāz was also one of his teachers. He gave Durūs a number of times in Masjid An-Nabawi and was granted the ability to make Hajj every year and ‘Umrah many times during his stay in The Holy Land. He had an exceptional memory and memorized the entire Qur’an, from cover to cover, in just 2 months. He remained in Madīnah from 1996-2002, and then returned to Pakistan.
Upon his return to the homeland, he began to deliver Jumu’ah Khutab in his hometown and his wisdom and great insight in his preaching began to gather large congregations. In 2005, the people of Sialkot nearby invited him to move there and begin his Da’wah activities in their locality. He accepted the invitation and moved and settled in Sialkot permanently. He began giving Khutbahs in the Masjid of the Two Minarets in Aminabad road, a Masjid that originally had a small Jama’ah, but once he began to preach, the Masjid space became insufficient to hold the attendees. He was known for his excellent manners and sincerity in character, having no ulterior motives behind his excellent treatment of the Muslims. People who met him once couldn’t help but have deep affinity and respect for him. He spent 8 years preaching and calling to Tawheed, Sunnah, and following the Sahabah in Sialkot and there’s hardly a Masjid in the city in which he didn’t deliver Durūs. Aside from Sialkot, he frequented many other cities for Da’wah and spreading ‘Ilm. He began Durūs to teach the entire Qur’an, Ayah by Ayah, in 5 different Masājid and had finished only half of the Qur’an in each Dars (before his arrest) yet hundreds of the people, mostly youth, had changed their lives around due to them and began to lead lives devoted to Allāh. He always spoke out firmly against any evil and wrongdoing, but he was not known to ever publicly and directly criticize any individual, nor to ever stir up any Fitnah between any groups, and he preached with great Hikmah. He was part of the council of seniors for Ahl al-Hadith Markaz of Pakistan.

He was known for his deep concern for the affairs of the Muslim Ummah and his staunch support and love for those on the front lines, striving relentlessly in the path of Allāh. His deep admiration for those who took on this abandoned obligation is made apparent in many of his audios and lectures. He never feared speaking the Haqq and criticizing the tyrants and rulers of the Muslim world by name and calling them out for their Kufr and betrayal of the Ummah, nor did he fear to bring the attention of the masses to their obligation towards the Ummah and educating them regarding the heart wrenching affairs of the Muslimeen all over the world. He spoke the truth bluntly, never beating around the bush, and evoked endless grief in the Muslims with his reminders of the tragedies that had befallen the Ummah, urging them to rise up and defend their religion, and he aided many youth in their endeavors. He actively called for the implementation of the Shari’ah in the world and staunchly spoke out against Democracy and it’s heads, other Tawagheet, and opposed the systems of Kufr and the Shirki world orders. His style of preaching pierced the hearts and had tears flowing from the eyes, with the deep fear of Allāh that emanates from his voice. One can hardly find a lecture of his in which he himself is not weeping out of fear of Allāh or grief of what has befallen the Ummah.
On the 9th of January 2014, around noon time, he was traveling by car along with another brother and the car and both men were kidnapped by government forces, disappearing without a trace. His family has no knowledge of his whereabouts and the government and police have given no information regarding anything to do with them, as is commonly done in the country to Du’āt and Muwahhideen. Many rumors have been circulated in recent years regarding his whereabouts, with some reporting that he’s been returned to his family insane due to the torture inflicted upon him, and others saying that he’s dead, WAllāhu A’lam. With nothing confirmed, we ask Allāh that He protects our Shaykh and returns him to his family in good health and Imaan. May Allāh destroy the oppressors at the hands of those whom they oppress and torture from the righteous and allow them to live till they witness a day in which they will wish for death but will not find it.

When the Tawagheet silence our ‘Ulamā’ and oppress them, simply due to the message they preach, the least of our duties as Muslimeen is to seek the aid of Allāh, and lay waste to their evil undertakings by spreading the truth our scholars preached and launching their Da’wah to a new level using whatever little talent and ability we may have been blessed with.
Frustrate the enemies of Allāh so that they may come to know that they can oppress and silence individuals, but the Haqq has an Ummah behind it that will never allow its voice to be lost nor will they allow the message to be diluted.

Fasting the month of Sha’bān – A neglected Sunnah
——————
Narrated Abu Sa`īd (رضي الله عنه ):
I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "Indeed, anyone who fasts for one day for Allāh's Pleasure, Allāh will keep his face away from the (Hell) fire for (a distance covered by a journey of) seventy years."
[Sahihayn]
‘Ā’ishah (رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا) said:
“The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) used to fast all of Sha’bān, he used to fast Sha’bān except a few days.”
[Muslim (1156)]
Al-Nawawī (رحمه الله) said: In the words, “He used to fast all of Sha’bān, he used to fast Sha’bān except a few days” the second phrase explains the first, and indicates that the word “all” means “most of”.
——————
Virtuous times like these should be taken advantage of in hastening towards good deeds.
Ibn Hajar (رحمه الله) said: "He (ﷺ) observed more voluntary fasts in Sha’bān than in any other month, and he used to fast most of Sha’bān."
Ibn Rajab (رحمه الله) said: "Fasting in Sha’bān is better than fasting in the Sacred Months, and the best of voluntary fasts are those that are (observed in the months) closest to Ramadān, before or after. The status of these fasts is like that of al-Sunan al-Rawātib which are done before and after Fardh and which make up for any shortfall in the number of obligatory prayers. The same applies to fasts observed before and after Ramadān. Just as al-Sunan Al-Rawātib are better than other kinds of voluntary prayers, so fasts observed before and after Ramadān are better than fasts at other times."

Indeed, the Punishment of Allah Is Near!
That is the way of Allah for those who have passed away, those who are passing away or those who will pass away. You will not find any change in Allah’s way - it’s His Sunnah!
Allah sent 124,000 Prophets consecutively, besides the Messengers. Each time when the people would deviate against the call of those Prophets and Messengers, Allah would give them a chance, a respite for a while, He would give them an admonition. If they persisted in their deviation, Allah would annihilate them.
124,000 Prophets, each one of them, Allah punished each of those nations that stood deviated against their Prophet(s) and Messenger(s). Allah destroyed them. He annihilated them according to their sin - what they used to do. Then He would send another Prophet to another group of people and so on. When Allah would send His Prophets and Messengers with guidance, the people wound reject it, they would deviate and change, thereafter, Allah would destroy them. Some of them got drowned, some with an evil cry, some swallowed by the Earth.
In modern society, what we see now is all those people who were destroyed due to their sins, it is all accumulating now. In this society, all the sins of the previous nations that led them to their destruction and annihilation, those sins have been accumulated now. The earth is filled with it and even worse!
The people of Lut عليه السلام were destroyed due to their evil practice of sodomy, in this society it has become legalised!
The punishment of Allah is near. Allah will save all those who do good - they hear and they obey. Allah will save those who enjoin the good and forbid the evil. Do not think Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers are doing, indeed He is All-Hearing and All-Seeing. The punishment of Allah is near. Protect yourself in this life and the hereafter - follow Islamic monotheism, follow the commands of Allah. Don’t just be a Muslim, don’t just be a Mu’min, strive to be a Muhsin! Enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil, and do righteous actions.

Every problem and calamity in our life is due to our sins, hence the only solution is istighfār (seeking the forgiveness of Allāh).
This is why trials humble the Believers, because it reminds them of what their own hands have caused (by committing sins), and so they hasten back to their Lord in repentance with humility.

It is no secret, as to the difficulty of finding a spouse who is upon the Manhaj of Ahlul Sunnah, free from the Irjā’ of the Murji’a, and likewise from the extremism of those who have Takfir’d all but their own shadow.
With Different (and deviant) platforms offering this service for a fee, we fully intend to do this free of charge. This is a massive undertaking and a huge responsibility, so we seek the Aid of Allah, and ask Him for sincerity in this endeavor.
We are still ironing out the various details, but more details will be released soon, Insha’Allah.

It's not befitting of sisters to be engaging back and forth in debates with strange men all over social media and in every comments section. Yes, women have a duty to forbid evil, no doubt, but be careful sisters, because many times men will drag on these conversations just to get you to engage with them more and more and to push you to interact with them. Once you've opened the gate of argumentation, they'll feel more welcome to comment and message things (because they know you'll respond). One comment is more than sufficient, and indirect refutations are great too and probably better. Most sisters don't have Maharim watching over their accounts to keep them in check, so Fitnah can possibly arise very easily when she gets to interacting with men. And when it comes to men who have deviant and perverted 'Aqeedah in the first place, advising them or arguing with them in their comments is humiliating oneself, as they have no limits, and debates with them are futile due to the darkness that has engulfed their hearts. Generally, arguments/debates with men should be left to the brothers and sisters handle the women. There's plenty of evil going around amongst them that needs to be forbidden insha'Allah, and you're more suited to doing that. If freely and frequently conversing with brothers is not permitted for Da'wah or discussing 'Ilm, then it's even more dangerous when going back and forth for debating or refuting. WAllahu A'lam
Shaykh ‘Alī al-Khudayr (فك الله أسره) was asked about the ruling on online chat rooms which are run by students of knowledge and Shuyūkh, and in the comments, there are men and women speaking.
Shaykh ‘Alī al-Khudayr replied by saying, “I don’t view that allowed, rather women are supposed to discuss with women, and men are supposed to discuss with men, as the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) even stated something much less than this;
“The best rows for men (in prayer) are the front rows and the worst rows are at the back. And the best rows for women are at the end, and the worst rows are at the front.”
And it’s well-known that men avoiding non-mahram women is from the objectives of the Sharī’ah, no matter what type of da’wah is being done.
And no exception is made except for Fiqh questions with the scholars. As for discussions and writings, going back and forth, then this doesn’t have a maslaha for everyone.
Allāh says, “And remain in your houses.”
