Conclusion: suicide / euthanasia is not a crime, but an human right. Abusive animal suicide instead is a crime, if people first buy a dog and then they give a shit keeping it alone on the streets and later animal shelters need to do suicide, because they have too many dogs!

Forced motivation to do suicide is A NO GO! like streaming your suicide on social networks!

How can you prove that it was right?
the encouragement that caused the person to commit suicide? It's impossible! because you cannot know if a dude is already thinking about suicide ... BUT if a YT DUDE is saying "NOW YOU NEED TO DO SUICIDE! no matter the reason" then this is a crime ...

But again, there is a difference between fighting for suicide / euthanasia right and promoting directly suicide!
