📈 The Ministry of Economy announces raising the price of bread bags weighing 900 ⁠grams to 3,750 ⁠LBP and the 400 ⁠grams bag to 2,750 ⁠LBP.

The large bag (900 ⁠grams) was decreased from the standard 975 ⁠grams. The size was decreased and the price increased.
Jihad Al Arab, a contractor close to Saad Al Hariri who was awarded projets worth tens of millions, has announced he is ceasing work in Lebanon and permanently leaving Lebanon with his family.

Armed protests in Tripoli:

Protesters blocked Hay Al-Selom road towards Al-Mareijah with burning tires (NNA). (Developing)
Tripoli: Shooting at Dam and Farz Street as protesters headed to the area to force close all cafes and businesses.

Tripoli: Information about the theft of a gasoline tanker by some men in "Hosh al-Ubaid" area in the port.

Companies are now refraining from sending fuel tanks to Tripoli and Akkar because of their exposure to burglaries. Owners of bakeroes and generators appeal to the army chief to protect them due to the lack of diesel in the towns.

Abu Shakra: "Gasoline ships started unloading and the importing companies started distributing fuel to the stations today, and there are companies that expressed their willingness to distribute on holidays to ease the market."

The price increased from 24,000 ⁠LL to 71,000 ⁠LL. This new price is at an exchange rate of 3,900 ⁠LL to a $1, way lower than the actual exchange rate of 17,000 ⁠LL.

The fuel bought is meant to last Lebanon ONLY 3 months. After that, unless they use the mandatory reserves again, NO more money to buy fuel.

📈 Baabda meeting: Officials agreed to continue the policy of supporting medicine and medical implants within an applied mechanism that notes the priorities set by the Ministry of Health in accordance with the rationalization plan submitted by the PM and parliament speaker.

Basically, they will officially lift all support to non life-threatening medicine, vitamins Panadol, etc, and only subsidize prenoscription drugs.

Subsidy on non-prenoscription drugs was already lifted months ago, but now more is being added to the list.
Van fee is currently at 4,000 LL. An increase from 1,000 LL.

Cab fee is 8,000 LL. An increase from 2,000 LL.

A video circulating of Lebanese Forces militias setting up checkpoints in Zahle.

Generally speaking, Lebanese are eery of such sights as Lebanese Forces used to set similar checkpoints during the civil war were they have a long history of field executions at.
Allegedly, this is a sit-in by the Lebanese Forces in Zahle where thry blocked the city's roads, in protest of the lack of diesel fuel for the Zahle Electricity Company.

However, this does not explain the party flags and political attire.

If Hezbullah employs these, especially with their range, they can be fired anywhere from Lebanon and successfully and severely damage any invading IDF forces in south Lebanon.
