Beirut: Massive queue of cars on the airport road in front of the "Orphans" petrol station. The station administration called on security forces to help assist them in organizing the queue and open paths for travellers on the road.
Al Aytam "Orphans" Petrol station was the only ethical gas station in Beirut to open its doors at 8 am and sell gasoline at the old rate of 8,000 LBP not waiting till noon when the cartel will announce the increasing of prices and selling at a rate of 12,000 LBP.
Akkar: Hezbullah continues its financial aid support to the families of the victims of the Tleil explosion, giving the Syrian families of those killed or injured 30 and 15 million LBP respectively (about $2,000 and $1,000).

⋯ The US Treasury imposed sanctions on 2 Lebanese, 7 Iranians, 2 Chinese and 2 Kuwaitis, for their alleged connection to the financing of Hezbollah.
Per the "SDN" list, some are accused of links to Ali Qasir, a manager of Syria-based Talaqi Group and Lebanon-based Hokoul S.A.L. shipping oil and steel; Jamal Hussein Al-Shatti is accused of raising millions of dollars; Meghdad Amini was sanctioned in 2018 for currency exchange activities in UAE.
