The USA has started the economic boycott of Russia, with an Executive Order by the State of New York. Many US states however forbid the boycott of Israel despite the latter's occupation of two countries and countless war crimes in 4+ countries.

It's hard to believe the war will be limited to Ukraine. What Europe is doing is not only shocking, it's a declaration of war against Russia.
