Ahead of the vote, the US ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea met with Lebanese President Michel Aoun and discussed the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.

In a speech yesterday, Hezbullah's SG Sayed Hasan Nasrallah announced the names of Hezbullah's candidates for the upcoming elections.
