⋯ Earlier this evening, the second of two planes carrying aid for Syria from Italy landed at Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut. Their contents are scheduled to arrive in Syria tomorrow.

⋯ Minister of Public Works and Transport Dr. Ali Hamieh: “The decision to open the airport's airspace and docking facilities for humanitarian aid is underway. It was also decided to open customs crossings for humanitarian aid after giving a list of the aid in transit.”

⋯ The earthquake's total death toll so far in Turkey and Syria, in both government and opposition areas, is estimated at 25,401 at least.

Just hours before the 7th day after the deadly quake, search and rescue operations are concluding. Finding survivors has become a miracle.

⋯ Syria: Although opposition-held areas accepted Red Crescent aid from the goverment after initially refusing, the militants postponed the entry of the aid convoy which was scheduled for today.

Last night, the UN office in Damascus also requested the aid convoy be postponed.

⋯ A Lebanese aid convoy, consisting of 4 trucks loaded with relief materials for Syrians affected by the earthquake, reaches its destination in Aleppo.
Hezbullah dispatches a first aid convoy of 23 ⁠trucks to Syria

Trucks loaded with foodstuffs and medical supplies were seen today departing Ashura Square in Hadath (Beirut's suburbs), bound for quake-hit Syria.

Youth movement Al-Mahdi Scouts, among other organizations, has participated in collecting the necessary resources. The head of Hezbullah's Executive Council, Sayyed Hashem Safieddin, stressed that Syria had always supported Lebanon and its Resistance, therefore aiding Syria to cope with the catastrophe is dutiful.

Any account attempting to recruit militants in the West (notice the Western Christian cross) is fake, dangerous—and obviously—a police trap to get your name on a pretty list.

Hezbullah doesn't do such things even with Christians in Lebanon; nor in Western countries where it is labelled a terrorist organization.

⋯ More footage of the convoy bound for Syria
The aid convoy, which is part of the “Rohamaa” (translates to mercifuls) Campaign, arrived in Latakia this morning. The Head of the Health Organization delegation revealed Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah insisted the first convoy be sent to Latakia.

Another aid convoy will soon follow.

⋯ The “Wa Taawanou” (translates to And Cooperate) Association began getting calls asking if they were accepting donations before they announced their donation campaign.

50-60 tons of aid was donated, some of it sent in the convoy, by “people who are living a crisis themselves”.

Lebanese News and Updates
Earlier today, Lebanese Army Intelligence arrested an Israeli who crossed the border into the town of Al-Duhaira. The IDF is reportedly holding talks through intermediaries for his release.
The Israeli who trespassed into Lebanon in January was returned to the occupation through the Rosh HaNikra Crossing a few hours ago, by the UNIFIL and the Red Cross.

He will be interrogated by the Shin Bet.

The earthquake's death toll so far in Turkey & Syria has surpassed 36,000. Miraculously, search and rescue teams are still finding survivors. As hope dwindles, taking care of survivors is now the priority, especially in Syria.

The UN relief chief expects a death toll of 50,000.
