Gebran Basil contacted Hezbullah and informed them he'll support Jihad Azour, but this doesn't mean he'll go all the way to get him elected.

Gebran stressed he only wants Franjieh to lose, and end his presidential bid.

- Jihad Azour, supported by a Christian majority and the opposition.

- Sulaiman Franjieh, supported by a coalition of a Shia majority, Sunni, and others.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant:

"If a war breaks out, the Israeli home front is expected to face challenges never witnessed in our 75 years of existence."
