📄A thread about Hezbullah's initial statement and the nature of the aggression:
- According to initial information, the aggression was carried out with 3 missiles initially (most likely Gbu-39).
- One hit the upper floor, the second targeted an adjacent building (there is a slight possibility that it was by mistake), and the third targeted the underground parking lot of the targeted building, and by the way, it did not explode.
This can be confirmed as only 2 explosions were seen on CCTV, but 3 impacts heard.
- This building is not new and was built decades ago. Some of its sections were even renovated at different times, some after July 2006 war.
It is adjacent to a building on the southern side and another building on the eastern side, and in its back there is an adjacent building to the hospital and a separation wall between them.
This makes the alleys narrow and hard to navigate.
- Hezbullah was certain that Sayyed Mohsin entered the building and the office located on one of the upper floors, just a period not exceeding between half an hour (and perhaps less) and an hour ago because he made a "secure call" in the course of his work.
This is why the statement concluded that he was present in the building then, but his fate is still unknown as of now.
- At the moment of targeting, as detailed above, due to the nature of the building, a number of columns collapsed, followed immediately by the collapse of a number of ceilings (some videos showed the scene).
- At 7:40 pm, sunset yesterday people rushed and the crowding became overwhelming, preventing the rescue teams from arriving.
They arrived and began their work, as night had fallen, which made the work even more difficult.

🇮🇱/🇱🇧 IDF CoS at a war simulation says Hezbullah will not stay the same as pre-October
Today (Wednesday), the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Herzi Halevi, visited the brigade-level exercise of the Kfir Brigade on the northern border, with the Commanding Officer of the Northern Command, MG Ori Gordin, the Commanding Officer of the Central Command, MG Avi Bluth, and many more senior commanders.
The exercise took place in cooperation with different units, during which the soldiers of the Kfir Brigade practiced a variety of extreme scenarios, combat in thicketed and mountainous terrain, the activation of fire, and combat in a built-up area, as part of increasing the readiness for combat in the northern arena.
Some of the remarks he said:
- Yesterday afternoon, we had an opportunity to eliminate Muhsan.
- Muhsan is the most senior military figure in Hezbillah, and he is also a person very close to Nasrallah; he essentially arranges all military matters for him
- We have confidence in our planned moves going forward, because our intention with Hezbollah is not to return to October 6th.
