His servant, the Mujahid, the truthful, the loyal one, and the lover of the high medal of martyrdom, and for this eternal meeting in the pleasure of God and in His neighbourhood, is the great jihadi leader, the dear and beloved brother, Sayyed Fouad Shukr (Sayyed Mohsen)...

A symbol of its decisive commitment and firm resolve to continue jihad until the land, the holy sites, and humanity are liberated from the injustice and brutality of this usurping, criminal, and murderous entity
He is a maker of its victories, its strength, and its ability, and the leaders of its fields who did not abandon jihad until their last breath.
Just as his direct presence in life with us was a distinctive force for the resistance, his great martyrdom will be a strong impetus for his fellow Mujahideen to move forward with steadfastness and courage to preserve the achievements, victories and capabilities and achieve the goals and hopes that this great leader aspired to.
His martyrdom comes in the days of commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
He was the lover of Hussein, peace be upon him, to increase our resolve to reject humiliation and denounce injustice, and not to give with our own hands the disgrace of the humiliated.

– He played a key role in planning and managing operations, especially qualitative ones, against the Israeli occupation forces in Lebanon.
– He was Hezbollah’s first central military official during the founding era and the first half of the 1990s.
