-The Beirut Fire Brigade refused to comply with the commander of the regiment, who asked them, by order of the operations of the Internal Security Forces, to deploy trucks to suppress the demonstrators in downtown Beirut.

An Israeli cluster bomb, from the 2006 war, exploded in the town of Al-Khiam due to a fire that broke out.

Civil defense from the area survived it barely, as it exploded near them undetected.
