🇮🇱 Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz told Secretary of Defense Austin that his decision to stop issuing administrative arrest orders against settlers was "an internal step taken out of a commitment to democratic principles" and stressed thst the use of such orders against citizens is not allowed in any democracy in the world, including the US".

Katz added that "Israel firmly opposes violence of any kind against Palestinians, and will act against it through the IDF, law enforcement authorities and public norms - and not through undemocratic procedures."

That's amazing because Israel only had 8 or so Jews in such detention, but has more then 3,600 Palestinians. That's thousands of people who didn't do any crime, and are in prison without any legal trail or sentencing.

The ICJ found that Israel's two-tier legal system in the OPT violates the prohibition of racial segregation and apartheid (CERD art 3).

📸 Today, the Israeli terrorist army demolished parts of Shamaa town, several km inside Lebanon

There is no clear indications if they demolished the historic fort and the saint's shrine

📸 In the same town, like yesterday, Hezbullah attacked an Israeli tank and it has reportedly exploded.

The burning fire is from it, according to Al-Manar. Yesterday's and today's attacks inside Shamaa indicates Israel's inability to stay safe and secured in the town without lossess

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 The Israeli government might meet tomorrow to officially agree in a ceasefire in Lebanon.

🇱🇧 Israeli tanks withdrew from Dier Mimas because they were exposed to Hezbullah's attacks including twice yesterday.

They retreated back to Al-Nahas mountain near Khiyam and Kfarkila.

Clahses are still ongoing in two parts of Khiyan town, notably the western part.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 Important to read these words and understand them well

Signalling a possible end of this war, and highlighting Israel's inability to defeat Hezbullah and its need to project some sort of guarantees to itself, they claimed attacking today 25 location associated with Hezbullah's executive council all around Lebanon.

The Israeli army claims these attacks will affect the decision making of Hezbullah and not allow it to grow again and strengthen itself after the war.

The strikes "damaged the capabilities of the executive council to direct and assist Hezbullah terrorists in their attempts to carry out terror plots against the Israeli home front and IDF forces, as well as Hezbullah's command and control, rehabilitation and information gathering capabilities,"

The executive council, according to the IDF, is tasked with "the restoration of [Hezbullah's] military capabilities in the day after the war, and is a central support for  the organization's military activity."

What I mentioned before

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 In a recent interview, Ridwan Mortada reported that there are two suspects from within Hezbullah's ranks who left the country, which strengthened the suspicion regarding their cooperation with the Israeli enemy.

Among them is a person in the Signal Corps and the Locations Unit, two important and influencial units. Signal is the one that handles Hezbullah's landlines, wireless comm, etc etc.

The commanders of the Signal Corps and Locations Unit, Hajj Musab and Hajj Adel, were both martyred early in this war.

✍ Used to tell a friend months and years before the war, that nothing worries me more than the lack of spies being caught within Hezbullah.

Because at any given time, there will be. This happens to every group and every army in the world. But years passed without sustainable counterintelligence that rooted out enough.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 Golani's Chief of Staff resigns after Hezbullah kills his researcher in Shamaa fort

Golani Brigade Commander, Col. Yoav Yarom, requested to terminate his duties following the incident in which the Zev Javo Erlich and the Sergeant Gur Kahti were killed.

Yarom decided to take full responsibility for the incident, and to end the position even before the end of the investigation on the matter.

Some Lebanese are cautious

I can understand all three, but I cannot understand every single diaspora and non-Lebanese who is calling stoping wrong and that Hezbullah should keep fighting.

Man, you have not suffered in this war a single sweat and you are here watching this war as an action show and rooting for a winner, while blood is being shed and misery is taking place.

The survival of the resistance and its lack of ability to influence anymore in Gaza is what is factoring in the decision making.

And this ceasefire is very fragile in what it demands it might not last.
