الحرب التي مررنا فيها لم تكن كسابقاتها من الحروب من كل النواحي، وأهمها من ناحية حجم الدمار وتوسعه، الذخائر المستخدمة لم تكن عادية والعدوان الوحشي لم يؤثر في المبنى المستهدف فحسب بل أثر على كل المباني ضمن شعاع ليس بقليل.

تمر عملية الكشف عن الأضرار في مراحل متعددة ودقيقة أيضًا، لكن بطبيعة الحال لا تخلو من الأخطاء، قد يكون الخطأ في:
١- تعذر الوصول لمالك الشقة أو شاغلها عند الكشف الأول.
٢- عدم تجاوب المالك او الشاغل للجنة الكشف المؤلفة من مهندس أو أكثر.
٣- استمارة ناقصة البيانات
‏٤- تأخر المهندس تسليم الاستمارات بسبب كمية العمل أو التقصير
٥- الضغط الكبير الذي تواجهه لجنة التدقيق خلال عملية التدقيق مما يؤخر صرف الاستمارات وهذا أمر طبيعي.
٧- خطأ في عملية إدخال البيانات ومكننتها وهذا أمر قابل للحدوث أيضًا.

في كل الأحوال، لا يخلو الأمر من الأخطاء أو التقصير هنا أو هناك. وعلى حدّ علمي، إن باب المراجعة والاعتراض على أي خلل ظاهر مفتوح (مثال:قيمة متدنية جدًا) بالإضافة للكشف الثاني والثالث إن تيسّر.

In brief, have patience, review if you aren't satisfied and don't overrat and act "unkindly and rebellious", it's not nice of you.

🇺🇳 On Dec 23, UNIFIL Italian engineers cleared a roadblock between Shama and Tayr Harfa in south Lebanon, restoring access for peacekeepers, relief vehicles, and locals.

The two towns are still disputed with the Israeli army, and access to locals not full yet.

📰 In an unfortunate behavior, some locals of Shebaa town assaulted and attacked a car carrying a Hezbullah flag, forcing them to remove it while passing by the town.

Shebaa, that Hezbullah liberated in 2000 and who they safeguarded for 24 years. Sheba is a Sunni majority town, and has one MP who was voted from Amal.

❗️For the second night, at the same time, Yemen fires a missile at Israel.

Yesterday, it was the U.S. THAAD system that intercepted it. The U.S. military is there protecting Israel.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 Confirming known suspicions, the Israeli army has installed at least one camouflaged spy device in Hujair valley during their latest incursion.

It was located and dismantled.

Al-Manar warns civilians to stay away from areas where the IDF was, because these spy devices are sometimes booby trapped and explode.

After 2006, both the soldiers and their spies after it planted many. Several Hezbullah members were martyred during dismantling. Civilians also.

Spy devices can be camouflaged into anything, from bricks to rocks to branches.

Hezbullah and the Lebanese army will have to join efforts to find and dismantle everything. Time and effort needs to be dedicated for this.

If you remember last week, 4 IDF soldiers were killed in south Lebanon. They were killed by a Hezbullah tunnel rigged by the IDF themselves. It was a trap for Hezbullah.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 As for the Israeli incursions in the Naqoura sector which they didn't dare enter during the whole war, the 146th division located a Hezbullah Nafeer tunnel where they were staying for protection from airstrikes and so on.

This sector was heavily avoided because it is very forested, and the IDF avoided all risks.

The tunnel was used during the war, and had access in and out during the war.

They are clearing it valley by valley during the ceasefire.

🇱🇧l🇸🇾 Lebanon arrested and deported to Syria 87 Syrian soldiers and officers, knowing well they will be imprisoned or executed.

Back in the day, they didn't deport Syrians, claiming the Assad Government will "violate their human rights". But deporting 87 for their death is totally fine and humanitarian.

In the video, they are being degraded and called pigs.

At least one new officer was arrested today from Kraideh family carrying 170,000 USD and on his way to Beirut.

And while low ranks and officers are being deported, even though many are innocents and not involved, VIPs are traveling safely from the Lebanese airport to UAE.

❗️Two Merkava tanks, a number of infantry and vehicles advanced towards the outskirts of the town of Qantara.

Three tanks and similar forces advanced towards the southern neighborhoods of the town of Taybeh, firing machine guns and throwing grenades during the advance, which led to the burning of four houses in Taybeh.

That's 4 houses that survived the war but not the ceasefire.

🇱🇧 A statement by the Free Patriotic Movement:

We have a very clear position: From the beginning, we have been against the nomination of the Army Commander to the presidency.

Firstly because of his performance, and secondly because it violates the constitution.

We wish the Lebanese Forces party and its president would clearly announce their position on the nomination of the Army Commander and tell us how we can aspire to a reform era that begins with violating the constitution?

A lot of rumors and questions about when Sayyed will be buried.

My bet is after the Jan 25, when the withdrawal date is expected.

But now, it's close to February, when Hezbullah has yearly anniversary of its martyred leadership: Sheikh Ragheb, Sayyed Abbas, Imad Moghnieh.

Sayyed will likely be buried that day to be commemorated with the others on the same date. Makes it easier for yearly anniversaries and just makes sense.

It's also safer after everyone ensures the ceasefire will last, and two months after the people have rested and recalibrated their lives that were affected by this war.

Hezbullah lost a lot of historical leadership and founding fathers in this war, and so, Hezbullah will unlikely be able to give each the time and memory he deserves.
