Video seems to have even taken 27-Nov, the day the war ended and people were returning home. Imagine.

Video surfaced today. @LebUpdate

❗️For the second night, at the same time, Yemen fires a missile at Israel.

Yesterday, it was the U.S. THAAD system that intercepted it. The U.S. military is there protecting Israel.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 Confirming known suspicions, the Israeli army has installed at least one camouflaged spy device in Hujair valley during their latest incursion.

It was located and dismantled.

Al-Manar warns civilians to stay away from areas where the IDF was, because these spy devices are sometimes booby trapped and explode.

After 2006, both the soldiers and their spies after it planted many. Several Hezbullah members were martyred during dismantling. Civilians also.

Spy devices can be camouflaged into anything, from bricks to rocks to branches.

Hezbullah and the Lebanese army will have to join efforts to find and dismantle everything. Time and effort needs to be dedicated for this.

If you remember last week, 4 IDF soldiers were killed in south Lebanon. They were killed by a Hezbullah tunnel rigged by the IDF themselves. It was a trap for Hezbullah.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 As for the Israeli incursions in the Naqoura sector which they didn't dare enter during the whole war, the 146th division located a Hezbullah Nafeer tunnel where they were staying for protection from airstrikes and so on.

This sector was heavily avoided because it is very forested, and the IDF avoided all risks.

The tunnel was used during the war, and had access in and out during the war.

They are clearing it valley by valley during the ceasefire.

🇱🇧l🇸🇾 Lebanon arrested and deported to Syria 87 Syrian soldiers and officers, knowing well they will be imprisoned or executed.

Back in the day, they didn't deport Syrians, claiming the Assad Government will "violate their human rights". But deporting 87 for their death is totally fine and humanitarian.

In the video, they are being degraded and called pigs.

A reminder to those who claim Hezbullah controls Lebanon and the security forces

🇱🇧 Lebanese security forces are actively hunting ex-Syrian soldiers and notably those from the 4th division which was under Maher al-Assad (photo)

At least one new officer was arrested today from Kraideh family carrying 170,000 USD and on his way to Beirut.

And while low ranks and officers are being deported, even though many are innocents and not involved, VIPs are traveling safely from the Lebanese airport to UAE.

❗️Two Merkava tanks, a number of infantry and vehicles advanced towards the outskirts of the town of Qantara.

Three tanks and similar forces advanced towards the southern neighborhoods of the town of Taybeh, firing machine guns and throwing grenades during the advance, which led to the burning of four houses in Taybeh.

That's 4 houses that survived the war but not the ceasefire.

🇱🇧 A statement by the Free Patriotic Movement:

We have a very clear position: From the beginning, we have been against the nomination of the Army Commander to the presidency.

Firstly because of his performance, and secondly because it violates the constitution.

We wish the Lebanese Forces party and its president would clearly announce their position on the nomination of the Army Commander and tell us how we can aspire to a reform era that begins with violating the constitution?

A lot of rumors and questions about when Sayyed will be buried.

My bet is after the Jan 25, when the withdrawal date is expected.

But now, it's close to February, when Hezbullah has yearly anniversary of its martyred leadership: Sheikh Ragheb, Sayyed Abbas, Imad Moghnieh.

Sayyed will likely be buried that day to be commemorated with the others on the same date. Makes it easier for yearly anniversaries and just makes sense.

It's also safer after everyone ensures the ceasefire will last, and two months after the people have rested and recalibrated their lives that were affected by this war.

Hezbullah lost a lot of historical leadership and founding fathers in this war, and so, Hezbullah will unlikely be able to give each the time and memory he deserves.

General info

Such remains in border towns are not evidence that the tank was destroyed.

These are usually replaced during war due to degradation, and are left in the maintenance area because there is no benefit of collecting them.

You'll find track, side plates, etc etc

📸 The Lebanese army was supposed to conclude opening the roads today near Al-Qantara but the Israeli army attempted to advance again before retreating.

Because of this situation, and the Israeli attempts to advance to a new town, not only never reached during the war but is out of the "red zone" that was designated by the IDF.

In light of this situation, the Lebanese army evacuated the town of Qantara, in suspicion that the IDF is going to enter it again

Hopefully the Lebanese army fulfills his role, and stays in the town to avoid any new incurious. It really takes only one courageous order to stand and not allow them to come.

The IDF will not shoot and kill the Lebanese soldiers in such a standoff, or else it'll get immense heat from its allies.

📰 Large scale demolition of civilian houses in several border towns, including Kfarkila.

Most of these towns were largely intact during the war. The destruction levels are 2.5 times more than in 2006.

⭕️ So far, Hezbullah Jihad al-Binaa foundation have scanned the damages from 185,720 buildings and apartments around Lebanon.

They have set 46 HQs ans 1,319 volunteers and experts.

(I noticed the volunteer engineers are from all "walks of life". Saw a liberal girl from my school in their staff lol)

They have scanned:
- South of Litani: 40,731
- North of Litani and Western Beqaa: 50,227
- Beirut and Matn: 70,813
- Beqaa and Baalbek: 23,781

The number of south of Litani is expected to be 2-3 folds more after the Israeli withdrawal.

2006: 127,000 apartment damaged
2024: 317,500 apartment damaged

2006: 17,500 apartment destroyed
2024: 43,750 apartment destroyed

Unfortunately, the war was at a time when Hezbullah is not very liquid and Iran is facing an extreme economic situation and inflation. No Arab state is willing to contribute and help.

If funding is available, the reconstruction will take about 4 years.

To read and get more information on this topic, there is a topic in Arabic: https://al-akhbar.com/lebanon/817333

To follow Jihad al-Binaa: https://news.1rj.ru/str/jihadbinaa

My family and I weren't affected by this war, in terms of notable destruction, so I'm in no position to advise people who have.

However its important for those people to be patient and know that Hezbullah is doing everything they can to help. They aren't tycoons nor are they a state. They are doing their best and inshallah they'll be by your side to compensate.

Everyone ofc is sad if they lose their house and their memories, but also the money spent to make it home. But that's unfortunately war and it was fought against a criminal one that disregarded civilian infrastructure.

🇱🇧l🇸🇾l🇪🇬 After visiting Syria to celebrate the new state, AbdulRahman Yousef al-Qaradawi visited Lebanon where he was arrested by the Lebanese security services.

He is at the risk of being deported to Egypt, where he is a wanted man for the actions of his father against Al-Sisi.

If you are wanted by any Arab State, don't visit Lebanon. They are arresting and deporting to appease the rulers.
