Based on what the IDF said, those who they murdered today were:
- Head of ATGM units in Bint Jbeil Area
- Head of intelligence in one of Hezbullah's Ridwan units
They claim they worked during the war, so unclear if Israel knowns them from before or after. Unclear how they know their roles: Local spies in towns or breach into Hezbullah's roster

A former presidential aid points to the fact that the ceasefire arrangements between Lebanon and Israel in October 2024 (known in the media as the ceasefire agreement) include evidence that disarmament is confined to the southern region of Litani.
This "evidence" is the map attached to the American-French presidential statement, which stipulates the ceasefire arrangements.
This map includes only the southern area of Al-Litani, in addition to it, the towns of Yahmar al-Shaqif and Arnon, north of Nahar. These towns are north of the river but Israel insisted despite Lebanon's refusal.
A strategic Hezbullah facility was there and it's a high mountain area.
And this ex-official pointed out that if the agreement had not been limited to the south of Litani, why would you have attached a map that clearly defines the boundaries of the demilitarized zone that your country added only to the north of Litani.
