Because of that day, they have done everything to sabotage Lebanon's peace and flourishing between 2006 and 2024

Because of that day, the New Middle East project failed back then.

For them to try again in 2024, succeeding by neutralizing Hezbullah's threat then collapsing Syria and paving the way to attack Iran.

Strategic mistakes happened the moment the initiative was lost.

On this day, 12 July 2006, Islamic Resistance Hezbullah successfully ambushed an IDF convoy, kidnapping 2 and killing 6 others in a 6 minute ambush inside occupied Palestine.

Hezbullah's objective was a swap deal to free all Lebanese-Arab prisoners from Israeli prisons.

IDF then attempted to cross into Lebanon with a Merkava tank, to only move over a large IED placed by Hezbullah that destroyed it and killed all 4 onboard.

IDF leadership watched this happen live in Tel Aviv. The tank tower is said to have flew 200 m away from the explosion site

According to the Governor of Baalbek-Hermel: The toll from the Israeli attacks on Baalbek-Hermel today:

- 7 Syrians killed in Wadi Fara, including a family of 5

- 3 Lebanese martyred from Wadi Fara

- 2 martyrs from Shmestar

- 8 wounded in the raids from the other attacks

The IDF released footage of the attacks, including the civilian engineering vehicle and other locations.

The attacks in this video were done by drones.

I condemn the Israeli aggression on Syria, condemnation from the start in regards to the invasion of southern Syria, demolitions, and now airstrikes.

At the same time, I do not support or root for the Druze outlaws nor the barbaric Syrian army soldiers fighting under the new regime

The Israeli support for the outlaws and side talks with the regime for peace showcases the lack of morality in this conflict.

Syrian blood has proved to be cheap for 13 years and ongoing.

Wont cover the Syrian conflict but I want to note a few things without much elaboration

- The U.S wants to see the new Syrian regime headed by Al-Golani succeed

- Israel doesn't mind Al-Golani in power as long as he can accept to demilitarize southern Syrian completely

- The Israeli attacks on the Syrian army have two and two goals only:

1- Enforce the demilitarization of southern Syria up to Damascus countryside
2- Act to calm the Israeli Druze to avoid riots and ensure stability in the IDF

- The Israeli attacks on the Syrian army are very limited, there are no constant attacks or what we can describe as a campaign.

When we have one, you'll know it easily.

So far, they are a few isolated drone strikes with many near vehicles to ensure minimum casualties.

The IDF will not sabotage possible peace with Syria for a few outlaw Druze, not before they can prove they can hold ground and secure the area without Israeli ground soldiers

- The new Syrian regime is a barbaric army with no morality, who doesn't see Israel as an immediate threat and is sectarian. The leadership prioritizes working with the U.S over cooperating with Shia Muslims who view the U.S. as an adversary and Israel as an enemy.

- KSA, Turkey, and Qatar will ensure the stability of the new Syrian state for now
