المبادئ واضحة من وقت قيام الجمهورية الاسلامية وحزب الله

وواضح بكل فترة...كل ما يمكن حله مع هالدول بالحوار يفضل حله بالحوار. طبعا باغلبية الاحيان ما فيه نتيجة لكن عالاقل بدك تبقى تفتح المجال(دون التخلي عن شروطك ومبادئك).

وبفترات الحرب معه الموقف واضح، متل وقت الحرب على اليمن العزيز.

1. A dialogue that addresses the problems, answers the concerns, and secures our common interests.

2. A dialogue based on the premise that Israel is the enemy, not the Resistance.

3. A dialogue that forgets about past disagreements — at least during this exceptional phase — so we can turn our full attention to confronting and containing Israel.

We reiterate that the Resistance’s weapons are aimed at the Israeli enemy, not at Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, or any other place or party in the world.'

According to diplomatic sources, Saudi Arabia viewed his remarks positively.

Saudi Arabia attacked Lebanese Shia countless times, from 1980's to 2010's.

Saudi Arabia attacked Hezbullah and abetted the world to attack Hezbullah and assassinate Sayyed Hassan.

Hezbullah reacted to their aggression on countless times and supported Yemen to defeat the Saudi invasion and helped establish the government in Sanaa through experts who transfered knowledge.

Today, the clear enemy is Israel. Differences between Muslims can be placed apart for at least one moment in our history to defend against Israel and put it back in its place

We can come back to fight over our differences later, unless Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Arabs insist on accepting Israel and the future where Israel is not a threat to them

Some some fast points, don't have time for a full thread

A Saudi Hezbullah reconciliation is not something that can happen by Hezbullah showing good will because the matter doesn't stop at Hezbullah

There isn't exactly a time when Hezbullah and Saudi Arabia were at good terms, so there is nothing now that can incentive the Saudi leadership to become friendly with Hezbullah at Hezbullah's weakest point

Rather, as a Lebanese, I can see Saudi Arabia gloating and joyful that Israel was able to harm Hezbullah and Ansarullah in a way that feels like they got revenge at Hezbullah and Yemen for all the failures and mishaps they caused Saudi Arabia

I'm also going to bet that the Arab leader who sent Israel's current Chief of Staff a message with a clapping emoji after the IDF killed Sayyed Nastrallah was a Saudi official / emir

However, should Hezbullah not try to reconcile? Not at all, they should simply because they still have leverage, they still have power, and they can still challenge KSA in some arenas

However the most important incentive for Hezullah is that Saudi Arabia controls directly or indirectly every single anti-Hezbullah Lebanese politician and is behind the drive towards disarming Hezbullah and any internal pressure against it.

If Hezbullah is able to convince Saudi Arabia of anything, it will not only be a driver for Islamic legitimacy again for Hezbullah but also enough to remove ALL pressure against Hezbullah inside Lebanon and enough to remove the looming threat of a Lebanese internal clash and a civil war.

It's that magnitude.

However, I strongly believe Saudi Arabia isn't going to entertain this and the Saudi Israeli ties are way depeer than many think. Saudi Arabia just didn't feel ready nor does it feel yet it is enough beneficial or important to normalize with Israel.

They don't think it'll make a difference now or worthwhile. Additionally Saudis don't host any of Israel's enemies so there is no threat of an Israeli attack on Saudi Arabia.

Qatar today could be a closer Gulf to Hezbullah and that should be a card for Hezbullah to attempt to play. Qataris currently have big influence on the Lebanese army because they pay their salaries

So yes, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out and I genuinely hope Lebanon can get some relief and Israel get some mishaps.

But I have no hopes of such reconciliation, but I think some positive advancements can happen if Iran can help Hezbullah by convincing Saudi officials.

Hezbullah today and before, extended hands to many people who first met Hezbullah with a lot of blood and fire.

It is they who should ask Hezbullah for forgiveness not vise versa

But if a reconcilation is able to bring peace to Lebanon and ensure the continuation of the Lebanese armed resistance against Israel, then that is the correct path
