Shooting is still ongoing for minutes.
Situation calmed down now. No information about the reason behind the shooting.

From what I'm seeing, FPM, Hezbullah, and Amal might not participate in the new government.

But, the other part (what used to be called 14th March) is hesitant to form a government without them because they have no guarantees they won't fail.
The USA sanctions literally destroyed all efforts to form this government and made some stubborn to get some positions as a challenge to the USA sanctions.

Today is Sunday, and 15 September is in 2 days. Miracles don't happen.
