From what I'm seeing, FPM, Hezbullah, and Amal might not participate in the new government.

As I mentioned above Berri insists on making the finance ministry for the Shia sect as a balance of power in the light of the distribution of other seats for other sects, yet others between 8 and 14 March claim this is not constitutional.
That's true, but neither is the rule that says that the army commander, president, and central bank governor should of be Christian, nor the PM a Sunni...etc.

It's an ugly situation, and unless we stop all preconditions (of belonging to a sect) to get a seat, this rhetoric will continue.

Parliament speaker Berri represents Hezbullah in the border negotiations. Them and Berri won't give up one inch of Lebanon in favor of Israel.
