The head of the High Relief Commission, Major General Muhammad Khair, admitted that there are "many difficulties facing the organization in its mission, due to the decline in its ability to deal with the successive disasters in the country, or due to the lack of funding." https://t.co/9Yl7RlmSCg
He pointed out that the commission "was mainly dependent on the aid that came from the Gulf countries and friendly Western countries, but unfortunately, this aid was absent from state institutions, and it is now provided to NGOs, which complicates the tasks of the commission."
