Of course they are pro Lebanese Forces. Did I expect anything from the supporters of an Israeli backed and trained militia that was the main belligerent in the civil war and the one with the longest history in war crimes and genocide

He pointed out that the commission "was mainly dependent on the aid that came from the Gulf countries and friendly Western countries, but unfortunately, this aid was absent from state institutions, and it is now provided to NGOs, which complicates the tasks of the commission."
And with the money being with NGOs, they can't track how it's spent or even if the aid and help is being delivered to those in need.
