Today is the day for ArtCreates. Today's edition, under the theme Event Organizing has invited some of the prominent event organizers within the city. Sirak Getachew and Mathias Aklilu will be part of the panel, discussing the in-outs of event Organizing.
Prior to the panel discussion, 3 event organizers with in the city will be showcasing their work and have readied themselves for all your questions about the sector.

Music Night at Refenti, a gathering aiming to foster collaboration and support among local business, artisans, craftsmen and their community, is taking place today, Saturday 16 September 2023, starting from 10:00PM and lasting until 4:00pm. This event provides a platform for people to showcase their products, talents and services.

Kacha Digital Finance Service has been crowned the overall winner of the 2023 Ethiopian edition of the Visa Everywhere Initiative (VEI) innovation program and competition for start-ups and fintech companies. Kacha received a $25,000 USD monetary prize while Qena who finished in second place won $15,000 USD with Smile Pay, receiving $10,000 USD for clinching third place. We received over 170 applications for the 2nd VEI Ethiopia Edition and top 4 start-ups got a chance to present their solutions in the presence of esteemed judges, panelists, speakers and invited guests.
