Es sind verstörende Szenen von einem Polizeieinsatz, der sich jüngst in Crimmitschau ereignet hat und von dem die "Westsächsische Zeitung" jetzt exklusives Videomaterial veröffentlicht hat: Ein Großaufgebot dutzender vermummter Polizisten stürmt mit einer Gerichtsvollzieherin den Bio-Bauernhof eines Ehepaares in Crimmitschau. Ihr angebliches Ziel: Sie wollen 1056 Euro eintreiben, die der Berufsgenossenschaft geschuldet würden. Tatsächlich wirkt es aber wie eine Bestrafungsaktion gegen Oppositionelle, alleine der gigantische Polizeieinsatz dürfte weit mehr Geld gekostet haben, als die "Schulden" betragen.
Diese Bilder erinnern an düstere Zeiten. Vergessen sollten wir nicht, dass es Zeit wird, auch gegen Genossenschafts- und Kammernzwang aufzustehen. Diese unnützen Institutionen rauben unser Geld, ohne etwas zu leisten. Und schrecken dabei offensichtlich vor wenig zurück.

There are disturbing scenes from a police operation that recently took place in Crimmitschau and from which the "Westsächsische Zeitung" has now published exclusive video material:
A large contingent of dozens of hooded police officers stormed the organic farm of a married couple in Crimmitschau with a bailiff.
Their alleged goal: They want to collect 1056 euros that would be owed to the trade association.
In fact, however, it looks like a punitive action against members of the opposition, the gigantic police operation alone may have cost far more money than the "debt" amounts to.
These images are reminiscent of dark times.
We shouldn't forget that it's time to stand up against co-operative and chamber coercion.
These useless institutions rob our money without doing anything. And they obviously shy away from little.

RUSSIAN S-300V4 BROKE WORLD RECORD FOR THE LONGEST RANGED SURFACE TO AIR KILLS

On October 16, the #AFU shelled the #Russian city of #Belgorod.
After massive shelling on the morning, Ukrainian forces resumed attacks on the afternoon.
Russian Air Defense forces intercepted most of the targets, but two explosions were recorded near the Belgorod #airport.
Military Watch Magazine reported that Russian air defence means in Belgorod have ”reportedly broken a world record for the longest ranged surface to air kills”.
One of the attacks on the city was carried out by a pair of #Ukrainian combat aircraft which reached the Russian border at an extremely low altitude.
Having then gained altitude, they shot at their target and headed back across the Ukrainian border to their home base.
However, while they managed to safely cross the Ukrainian border they failed to reach the relative safety of their home base.
They were then fired upon by Russian surface to air missile batteries, specifically an [older] #S300V4 system.
Both planes were shot down over the Poltava region deep inside the Ukrainian border

ENERGY SECURITY CRISIS MAY BOOST POLITICAL EXTREMISM IN GERMANY
The current #Ukrainian crisis could lead to a significant increase in #political #extremism in #Germany.
In a recent interview, a leading German official expressed concerns about the rise of radical views as a result of the country’s #gas #crisis.
In fact, as long as there are sanctions against #Russia, the #European #EnergyCrisis will be unstable and will generate serious social risks.
Among many other disagreements and a clear dispute to assume a leading role in the #German government, the current #SPD/#Green Coalition Government ministers also fail to reach an accord regarding the #nuclear program.
There is a strong conflict between #Economy Minister Robert Habeck and #Finance Minister Christian Lindner, who have different plans on how to solve the crisis.
#Habeck believes that two nuclear plants are enough to solve the German crisis and wants to have them fully operational by March 2023.
#Lindner, on the other hand, argues that three plants would be necessary and plans to complete production targets by 2024.
The differences between the two have caused many complications in the pro-government coalition.
The Minister-President of the German state of #Bavaria Markus #Soder believes that these conflicts are harmful and fuel the rise of ideological fanaticisms as well as prevent government’s policies from advancing, which is why he encourages Scholz to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
In August, Stephan Kramer, chairman of the Thuringian Office for the Protection of the Constitution, had already warned about the rise of extremism in Germany.
According to Kramer, the crisis is about to generate a “winter of fury”, with violent protests organized by militant groups to demand changes in the energy policy.

CHINA HALTS RESALES OF RUSSIAN LNG TO EUROPEAN BUYERS

A month and a half ago, we made a startling discovery: China was aggressively reselling LNG imports from Russia, the country's fourth-largest supplier of LNG so far in 2022 having surpassed both Indonesia and the US, to Europe and thanks to the continent's unprecedented desperation for gas, it was charging pretty much whatever markup it wanted.
But maybe not any more.
According to Bloomberg, Chinese state-owned energy giants have been recently told by authorities to stop reselling liquefied natural gas cargoes (certainly those from Russia) to gas-starved Europe, in what could be a blow to the European hopes of continuous high inflows of LNG as the winter approaches.
China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the country's top planning body, told the country’s state-held LNG importers including Sinopec, PetroChina, and CNOOC, that they should stop reselling LNG cargoes and keep them to ensure Chinese gas supply this winter, Oilprice reported citing Bloomberg sources.
In recent months, as we reported first in August, Chinese LNG importers have been selling their excess inventories to Europe and reaping substantial profits from the sales because of lackluster demand in China.
Chinese domestic demand has been squashed by rolling waves of city-wide Covid lockdowns and a slowdown in economic growth.
As a result, Chinese sales of LNG have been a relief to the European market so far this year.
But as China now moves to cater to its own energy security this winter, Europe’s precarious LNG supply - much of which was a function of continued Chinese reselling of embargoed Russian gas - could dwindle just ahead of the winter heating season.

The Ukraine war ‘bubble’ is deflating as the U.S. and Europe reach the bottom of the arms ‘inventory barrel’.
Doubts and misgivings are everywhere; the drive and confidence of ‘Empire’ has faded.
The U.S. apes more the exhausted Austro-Hungarian Empire of the pre-WW1 era – dragging an array of allied nations into a conflict that – at that time – turned into WW1.
Now, it is western Europe that has been dragged into another European war – by default – owing to their alliance/ allegiance with Washington.
Then, as today, all states disastrously underestimated the length and severity of the conflict – and misread the nature and significance of events.
Today’s war (against Russia) is framed in the West in a childish-moral trope (which nonetheless seems to work for an anaesthetised public) – that of WWII: Every rival is another Hitler, any reflective comment, another Neville Chamberlain example of appeasement.
A tyrant lusts for European land and domination, and the only question is whether the good and just can muster the resolve to defeat this evil ambition.
This simplistic meme plainly is intended to obfuscate from their electorates the significance of the underlying dynamics at work: Not only is a major political cycle in transition, but this is occurring precisely at a moment when the western hyper-financialised ‘business-model’ is cracking.
Put simply: the narrative obfuscation (“we are winning”) hides risks (both political and economic) whose gravity, western leaders seem unable (or unwilling) to grasp.
The U.S. – like pre-war Austria–Hungary – is slowly falling apart. That cannot any more be fudged.
Washington is haemorrhaging control over events and making strategic mistakes.
A certain class in the western ruling élite however, seems stuck in a reading of history.
An interpretation that sees war as restoring the health of the state: that any conflict – any us vs them, whether real or abstract (such as war on poverty, drugs, the virus, etc.) – feeds centralisation and strengthens the totalising Leviathan.
Indeed, even conceptualised as an internal ‘us versus the enemy within’ war, this too is seen as consolidating the Leviathan

Given what we have seen regarding the capabilities of #Iranian-produced #drone #technology used by #Russia in Ukraine, I'm pretty certain that after decades of sanctions and decades of building up its own #weapons manufactuting capabilities, #Iran can now produce it's own high quality weaponry and don't need to steal anything from the #Israelis
Obviously #Netanyahu knows this but he has to come up with some plausible sounding reason to refuse to openly support the #Nazis in #Ukraine while still sounding like he and his nation are invincible and produce invincible weaponry, obviously far superior to those stone age #Muslims in Iran

— Germany has been providing Ukraine with financial and military aid, often to detriment of its own reserves and at the same time it sees numerous humiliations and insults from Ukrainian “diplomats” against German government and even chancellor.
Can’t use it without quotation marks, Ukrainian diplomacy is very specific with its main agenda being “Give us everything we ask or *** (censored)”.
Germany has been buying gas for itself and the entire Europe at exorbitant market prices sacrificing its money and its industry to make sure that European Union survives and doesn’t fall into deepest crisis in its history. All that to help Ukraine against Russia, while Russia is still offering its help to EU and Ukraine keeps asking for more and more and more.
Germany closed eyes on its NATO “allies” blowing up its own Nord Stream pipeline, which was the only backup way to supply Europe and prevent humanitarian disaster in case of any emergency with other gas sources.
Of course, this is not the entire Germany but mostly the loud “green” coalition that tries to force chancellor Scholtz to lead the entire EU to collective suicide on the behalf of Ukraine. Germany does have forces of reason and we hear the voice of those forces, but they are not the ones making decision. However, this all may change. Europe does have democratic institutions and if those forces of reason will manage to break the pressure of globalized media and present their case to electors, we still may see big shifts of power in Europe. Global media keep hysterically shouting that Europeans must be ready for any sacrifices to defend their freedom.
❔ But is Russia really threatening European freedom? And why must European people pay for stubborn stupidity of Ukrainian government? Europeans should not forget that Ukrainian elites have been ignoring all attempts to solve the conflict diplomatically and were determined to kill or evict the entire population of their own region of Donbass, which didn’t agree with their agenda. They shouldn’t forget that their own OSCE mission recorded over 3,200 cases of ceasefire violations in Donbass just in 3 days a week before Russian intervention. More and more Germans start to understand that they are facing sacrifices to help those very forces that they tried and managed to exterminate in their own country.

Mehr als zwei Monate später schließt sich jetzt auch der SPIEGEL in einem Artikel hinter der Bezahlschranke diesem Urteil an.
Um zu verstehen, warum die Großhandelspreise für Erdgas vor allem im August jenseits von Gut und Böse waren, muss man verstehen, wie es der Bundesregierung gelungen ist, die nationalen Gasspeicher in einem Rekordtempo zu füllen.
Im Frühjahr, als sich die Großhandelspreise nach der russischen Invasion in der Ukraine verdoppelt hatten, war die Bereitschaft privatwirtschaftlicher Unternehmen, Gas zu diesen Preisen für den nächsten Winter einzulagern, freundlich ausgedrückt zurückhaltend. Das brachte die zuständige Bundesnetzagentur und das Bundeswirtschaftsministerium auf den Plan. Am 3. Juni wurde der technische Dienstleister Trading Hub Europe (THE) damit beauftragt, die Füllung der nationalen Gasspeicher zu koordinieren.
Am 23. Juni rief Bundeswirtschaftsminister Robert Habeck dann die Alarmstufe des Notfallplans Gas aus, mit der er THE legitimierte, über ein Kreditfenster der staatlichen Förderbank KfW selbst Gas an den Energiebörsen zu kaufen und es in den Speichern einzulagern.
Diese Maßnahme war per se nicht falsch.
Nachdem Gazprom die Gaslieferungen über die Nord-Stream-1-Pipeline unter fragwürdigen Erklärungen am 13. Juni auf 40 Prozent des maximalen Volumens gedrosselt hatte, waren die Preise noch einmal gestiegen und mittlerweile meldeten die großen privatwirtschaftlichen Gasimporteure wie Uniper, dass ihnen das nötige Geld für weitere Einkäufe ausgegangen sei. Hochproblematisch war jedoch die Vorgehensweise des staatlichen Einkaufsprogramms, das nun von THE umgesetzt wurde. Die NachDenkSeiten kommentierten dies damals folgendermaßen:
Die Firma Trading Hub Europe (THE) […] hat nun die hoheitliche Aufgabe, den Markt sprichwörtlich leerzukaufen und die nationalen Gasspeicher mit der technisch maximalen Menge pro Tag zu füllen. […] Auf den Preis soll THE dabei nicht achten, sondern blindlinks zu jedem aufgerufenen Preis einkaufen. […] Deutschland kauft also derzeit ohne Sinn und Verstand den Markt leer.

Das brachte die zuständige Bundesnetzagentur und das Bundeswirtschaftsministerium auf den Plan. Am 3. Juni wurde der technische Dienstleister Trading Hub Europe (THE) damit beauftragt, die Füllung der nationalen Gasspeicher zu koordinieren.
Am 23. Juni rief Bundeswirtschaftsminister Robert Habeck dann die Alarmstufe des Notfallplans Gas aus, mit der er THE legitimierte, über ein Kreditfenster der staatlichen Förderbank KfW selbst Gas an den Energiebörsen zu kaufen und es in den Speichern einzulagern.
Diese Maßnahme war per se nicht falsch.
Nachdem Gazprom die Gaslieferungen über die Nord-Stream-1-Pipeline unter fragwürdigen Erklärungen am 13. Juni auf 40 Prozent des maximalen Volumens gedrosselt hatte, waren die Preise noch einmal gestiegen und mittlerweile meldeten die großen privatwirtschaftlichen Gasimporteure wie Uniper, dass ihnen das nötige Geld für weitere Einkäufe ausgegangen sei. Hochproblematisch war jedoch die Vorgehensweise des staatlichen Einkaufsprogramms, das nun von THE umgesetzt wurde. Die NachDenkSeiten kommentierten dies damals folgendermaßen:
Die Firma Trading Hub Europe (THE) […] hat nun die hoheitliche Aufgabe, den Markt sprichwörtlich leerzukaufen und die nationalen Gasspeicher mit der technisch maximalen Menge pro Tag zu füllen. […] Auf den Preis soll THE dabei nicht achten, sondern blindlinks zu jedem aufgerufenen Preis einkaufen. […] Deutschland kauft also derzeit ohne Sinn und Verstand den Markt leer.

To understand why wholesale natural gas prices were beyond good and bad, especially in August, one has to understand how the #German Federal government has managed to fill national gas storage facilities at a record pace.
In the spring, when wholesale prices had doubled after the #Russian invasion of Ukraine, the willingness of private companies to stockpile gas at these prices for next winter was, to put it kindly, reluctant.
This brought the responsible German #FederalNetworkAgency and the Federal Ministry of Economics onto the scene.
On June 3rd, the technical service provider #TradingHubEurope (#THE) was commissioned to coordinate the filling of the national #gas storage facilities.
On June 23, Federal Economics Minister Robert #Habeck then declared the gas emergency plan to be on alert, with which he legitimized #THE to buy gas itself on the energy exchanges via a credit window from the state development bank #KfW and to store it in the storage facilities.
This measure was not wrong per se.
After #Gazprom had cut gas supplies via the #NordStream1 pipeline to 40 percent of the maximum volume under questionable explanations on June 13, prices rose again and meanwhile the large private gas importers such as #Uniper reported that they had the necessary money went out for further purchases.
However, the procedure of the state purchasing program, which has now been implemented by #THE, was highly problematic.
The NachDenkseiten commented on this at the time as follows:
"The company #TradingHubEurope (#THE) […] now has the sovereign task of literally buying the market dry and filling the national gas storage facilities with the technically maximum amount per day. […]
#THE should not pay attention to the price, but buy blindly at every price called. […] "
So Germany is currently buying the market empty without any sense or reason.

According to Putin's decree, martial law is introduced in 4 new regions of Russia — the DPR, the LPR, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions — from 00:00 on October 20.
The average response level is in 8 regions bordering Ukraine.
A high—alert mode is being introduced in the territories of the regions of the Central and Southern Federal Districts - with the exception of 8 regions where the average response level will operate.
