The missile fired at a residential building in Zaporozhie city was an S-300 air defense missile of the Ukrainian military
Vladimir Rogov, a member of the council of Zaporozhie regional administration, reported that on his Telegram channel.
Ukrainian authorities, on the other side, accused Russia of targeting the residential areas of the city.
Rogov published two maps, allegedly containing the “approximate trajectory” of the missile that he claims was launched from the island of Khortytsya on the Dnieper river, where air defense units of the Ukrainian army are stationed.
According to him, the video shows that the rocket approached from southwestern direction, where said island is located relatively to the city of Zaporozhie.

So the "children kidnapping genocide" is apparently when:
1. Father gets arrested during filtration procedure for serving in AFU.
2. His children then get safely evacuated to a children's summer camp out of the war zone.
3. Father gets released and HELPED to locate his children.
4. Father, without money, gets HELP to get to Moscow to pick up his children.
5. Picks up his children who were safely away from the war all this time.
6. Gets HELPED to get across to Latvia with his children.
Only in Russia they "kidnap" your children and then help you to locate and pick them up.

Some gullible people are claiming that this proves the Riot police are "joining the people"
This is of course false.
Over the past 2 years the French Riot Police have repeatedly used this tactic to calm things down a little, before promptly resuming smashing open the heads of their fellow citizens.
To my knowledge the French Riot Police have used this tactic at least 4 times in the last 2 years.
On each and every occasion they promptly resumed their violence against the French people at the very next opportunity.
Only very gullible people will believe this nonsense
