By now the FBI CIA NSA & others with HIGH LEVEL technology hidden from public could have easily deciphered who created Q in 4 Chan/8 chan 8kun.... And the pranksters would have been arrested years and years ago, if the pranksters were civilians.

But the REAL TRUTH is the FBI.
