If the ban was accidental and done by our Rose Bot the request is granted or there may be situations that warrant being unbanned, however there is never, ever a charge for this and if anyone is telling you this it's a sure sign they are trying to scam you.

One of the biggest reasons for being banned is coming into the chat and trying to cause discord.
