Throughout your life you will face very difficult situations, perhaps you are facing them now. This isn't something that just happens to you, it's something normal that happens to all of us.

Unfortunately, we tend to think that life should just be full of happy and fun times, deceiving ourselves and creating a false reality. Although we don't like it and as much as we try to avoid it, at some point we will face a situation that will push us to the limit. Looking on the positive side, as human beings, we have the ability to control, to a greater or lesser extent, the emotions we feel and face complicated situations with greater efficiency and less suffering. Although we have this capacity as human beings, it does not mean that it is an easy task. During your lifetime, no one teaches you how to properly manage your emotions, which is why I am making this video.
