According to the Russian Federal Air Transport agency, Yevgeny Prigozhin was listed among the flight's passengers.

The crashed business jet was on its way from Moscow to St. Petersburg when it crashed in the region of Tver, carrying a total of 10 passengers, all presumed dead.
