I imagine there is a good deal of anxiety and apprehension in the minds and hearts of people today.
It doesn't need to be so.
You can be at peace and have a calm spirit without being naive.
I won't preach to you. But, I would like to give you a few passages of encouragement and promise.
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."
Joshua 1:9
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
2 Timothy 1:7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:6-7
"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world."
