Here's a suggestion for long-term cognitive restructuring, from my neurobiological perspective as a Harvard neuroscientist. Reframe your perception at each moment so that it serves - rather than relegates - you, others, and the world around you. With enough iterations, you'll slowly rewire a subset of the neural circuits influencing your decision-making, actions, and overall state of your life. If others are negative toward you and/or circumstances, they may have legitimate reasons for feeling and expressing their cynicism/negativity toward you and/or a variety of circumstances. But circumstances do not make us; they reveal us. There is no way to happiness. Happiness... is the way. That is, we have more choice than we sometimes give ourselves credit. However, it is truly different for everyone in terms of how much conscious control we have to shift our current perspective and mood, because we each have a unique history of experiences - and unique approaches as to how we have processed these experiences - that are deeply embedded as networks of engrams (memory traces) in our brains that covertly influence processes of decision-making underneath the surface of our conscious awareness. Consequently, for some, there may be much more difficulty in "deciding" to be "positive" and "happy". But, for most, there is still hope in the form of a capacity to slowly reframe one's ongoing perspective in the service - rather than detriment - of one's well-being and that of others. By simply accepting the current state of our life and circumstances - the good, the bad, and the ugly - it can bring instant solace. Because then we are not making our "happiness" contingent on a circumstance, outcome, or destination. Following such peaceful acceptance, we can then go about our lives and be the most engaged - because taking action in life is a part of what we're here for as evolutionary organisms - while also being the least attached to the outcomes of our engagement. Hence, be the most engaged in the process, but least attached to the outcome. Such an approach is conducive to dissolving negativity in oneself and not being receptive or reactive to the negativity of others. If it was what they told us it was,

USA and UK showing no recoveries,
India showing nearly all recovered,
Other countries, as listed above, showing 85%+ recoveries.

Flu would not drop from a billion cases a year to near zero.

7.708 Billion people (Nearly all of us),
would not be covid free!
Pre vaccine, after vaccine, ever.

That number is nearly all of the world.
That has never had covid. Ever.

I know its hard to say we were wrong. Wrong to trust this narrative. Wrong to let ourselves be locked down.
I know how hard it is. I would find it very difficult to say I was wrong. Or to say we are being lied to. By our Leaders.
If I hadnt found all of this maths and science and literally nothing to support covid or these lockdowns, I would not be posting any of this.

Ive done the maths, taking away cases from the whole population.
Ive looked at all countries reporting recoveries.
Ive looked at those who are not.
Ive looked at the billion cases of Flu per year just disappear.
Ive counted the billions of people who have never had covid.
I have seen UK press talk about Inidians and Asians being worst affected.
Ive seen India have 11 mill out of 11.3 mill recovered. Dubai was like 99% recovered. AND FAST!
Ive seen world press talk about Latinos and Black people being worst affected.
Ive looked at Brazil, South America and Africa and it tells a different story.

If there was only one mis hap, fib or outright lie, I would understand you not taking notice.

The problem is the whole narrative is full of them!

It doesnt add up to what we have been told.

One pandemic should equal one main response and similar patterns worldwide.

This is totally not that at all!
